【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的偉大成就,其中對外貿易的迅速發(fā)展對我國經(jīng)濟的增長起到了很大的拉動作用。2012年我國進出口總額達到3.87萬億美元,貿易規(guī)模首次超過美國,成為世界第一貿易大國。在取得上述成績的同時,我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也進入了新的階段。目前,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入“新常態(tài)”,產(chǎn)業(yè)結構面臨轉型升級的壓力,勞動力成本的上升和資源環(huán)境的巨大消耗使我國的發(fā)展方式亟待改變。同時,歐美國家以及新興國家自金融危機以來仍然處在緩慢恢復當中。這些內外部的因素都給我國的外貿發(fā)展帶來了巨大的壓力。為了應對國內經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境的改變,增強我國的出口競爭力,優(yōu)化我國的出口商品結構勢在必行。本文首先從國際貿易理論研究入手,梳理了國際貿易相關理論的發(fā)展脈絡,總結了國內外關于出口商品結構影響因素的相關理論研究,同時針對出口商品的優(yōu)化也進行了一定的文獻研究,在理論上為出口商品結構的研究打下基礎。在總結前人研究的基礎上,本文結合我國對外貿易的詳細數(shù)據(jù),分析我國出口商品結構的現(xiàn)狀,包括我國出口商品的結構演化以及高科技產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀分析等等,總結出了我國出口商品的結構依然不夠合理,必須繼續(xù)優(yōu)化升級。在找到問題之后,本文將要素稟賦、技術進步、匯率和貿易環(huán)境作為影響出口商品結構的四個因素進行理論分析,同時利用相關數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析,確定了這四個因素對我國出口商品的影響程度。在理論分析和實證分析的基礎上,本文首先將技術進步作為出發(fā)點,分析尋求我國出口商品結構的優(yōu)化路徑:包括人才的培養(yǎng)、資金政策的支持、知識產(chǎn)權的保護以及科研成果的轉化等等。同時,本文也從貿易環(huán)境和供給側改革角度探索了出口商品結構的優(yōu)化路徑。只有這樣才能實現(xiàn)我國出口商品結構優(yōu)化,增加出口商品國際競爭力,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟健康、持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in economic development, in which the rapid development of foreign trade has played a very important role in the economic growth of our country. In 2012, the total volume of China's imports and exports reached 3.87 trillion US dollars. The scale of trade surpassed that of the United States for the first time and became the world's largest trading country. At the same time, China's economic development has entered a new stage. At present, China's economic development has entered the "new normal", the industrial structure is facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading, the rising labor cost and the huge consumption of resources and environment make the development mode of our country urgently need to change. At the same time, Europe and the United States and emerging countries since the financial crisis is still in slow recovery. These internal and external factors have brought great pressure to the development of China's foreign trade. In order to cope with the change of the domestic economic and social environment and strengthen the export competitiveness of our country, it is imperative to optimize the export commodity structure of our country. This paper begins with the research of international trade theory, combs the development of international trade related theory, summarizes the relevant theoretical research on the influence factors of export commodity structure at home and abroad. At the same time, the optimization of export commodities is also studied, which lays a foundation for the research of export commodity structure theoretically. On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this paper analyzes the current situation of the structure of China's export commodities, including the evolution of the structure of China's export commodities and the present situation of high-tech products, and so on, combining with the detailed data of China's foreign trade. Concluded that the structure of our export commodities is still not reasonable, we must continue to optimize and upgrade. After finding out the problem, this paper makes theoretical analysis on the four factors that influence the structure of export commodities, such as factor endowment, technological progress, exchange rate and trade environment, at the same time, using relevant data to carry on empirical analysis. To determine the impact of these four factors on China's export commodities. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper first takes technological progress as the starting point to analyze and seek the optimal path of export commodity structure of our country, including the cultivation of talents, the support of financial policy, The protection of intellectual property and the transformation of scientific research achievements. At the same time, this paper also explores the optimal path of export commodity structure from the perspective of trade environment and supply-side reform. Only in this way can we optimize the structure of our country's export commodities, increase the international competitiveness of our export commodities, and realize the healthy, sustained and rapid development of our economy.
