【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展進步,人們對科學(xué)計算的需求越來越高,單一計算機無法滿足要求,大幅提高計算能力的并行計算系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運而生。與此同時某些特殊大型科學(xué)計算,如武器試驗?zāi)M、激光制導(dǎo)等問題的仿真計算數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果又涉及國家機密和信息安全,設(shè)計開發(fā)基于國產(chǎn)芯片的并行計算平臺顯得尤為重要。首先,對龍芯、申威、飛騰等國產(chǎn)芯片發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)品性能進行了廣泛細(xì)致的資料收集和調(diào)研工作,按照芯片自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)比例、芯片主頻率、處理器浮點計算能力、芯片功耗等要求逐一篩選,認(rèn)真對比分析,確定了使用龍芯系列芯片作為并行計算平臺的核心計算芯片。其次,在并行計算系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)選擇上,通過對分布式共享存儲處理機、對稱多處理機、大規(guī)模并行計算機及工作站機群等常用并行計算系統(tǒng)的計算能力、可靠性,系統(tǒng)可擴展性與實現(xiàn)成本等多方面的對比分析,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有實際硬件條件,明確了采用工作站機群方式構(gòu)建并行計算平臺。在前期充分準(zhǔn)備的基礎(chǔ)上完成了基于龍芯的并行計算的設(shè)計研究,實現(xiàn)了使用龍芯CPU、LINUX操作系統(tǒng)、GCC/GDB編譯調(diào)試軟件、MPICH2并行編程環(huán)境、高速互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建工作站機群式并行計算環(huán)境。最后利用圓周率?值的并行計算程序?qū)M建的并行計算平臺進行了并行計算效率和可靠性的測試,得出的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果滿足了研究預(yù)期的要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the demand for scientific computing becomes higher and higher. The single computer can not meet the requirements, and the parallel computing system which greatly improves the computing ability emerges as the times require. At the same time, the data and results of some special large-scale scientific calculations, such as weapon test simulation, laser guidance and so on, are related to state secrets and information security, so it is very important to design and develop a parallel computing platform based on domestic chips. First of all, the status quo of the development of domestic chips, such as Longson, Shenway and Feteng, and the product performance have been extensively and meticulously collected and investigated, according to the proportion of independent intellectual property rights of the chip, the main frequency of the chip, and the floating point computing capability of the processor. The power consumption of the chip is selected one by one, and the core computing chip which uses the Godson series chips as the parallel computing platform is determined by careful comparison and analysis. Secondly, in the selection of parallel computing system architecture, through the distributed shared memory processor, symmetric multiprocessor, large-scale parallel computer and workstation cluster of common parallel computing system computing power, reliability, and so on, Comparing and analyzing the expansibility of the system and the cost of the system, and combining with the actual hardware conditions, the parallel computing platform is constructed by using the workstation cluster method. The design and research of parallel computing based on Godson is completed on the basis of sufficient preparation in the early stage. The workstation cluster parallel computing environment is constructed by using Godson CPU,LINUX operating system, GCC/GDB compiling and debugging software, MPICH2 parallel programming environment and high speed Internet. Finally using the circumference? The efficiency and reliability of the parallel computing platform are tested by the parallel computing program. The results meet the requirements of the research.
