B集團(tuán)液晶顯示器業(yè)務(wù)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)是目前平板顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)的主流,是全球信息產(chǎn)業(yè)中重要的戰(zhàn)略性和基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,也是我國重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。液晶顯示器產(chǎn)品是目前電子產(chǎn)品中人機(jī)交互的重要一環(huán)。全球電子產(chǎn)品有兩個(gè)重要的發(fā)展趨勢,一是在現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)上不斷提升性能,二是完全突破現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品形式,顛覆性變化。這要求液晶顯示器必須滿足電子產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展需求,跟上電子產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢,才能保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展。液晶顯示器企業(yè)早已意識到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)生存的唯一辦法。目前液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)的領(lǐng)先企業(yè)一方面進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新以滿足未來需求,另一方面試圖用顯示技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品來驅(qū)動電子產(chǎn)品發(fā)展和變革?梢哉f技術(shù)發(fā)展日新月異,孕育著重大的突破和創(chuàng)新。我國液晶顯示器顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過10余年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成長為全球平板顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要力量。但是我國液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)主要以依靠現(xiàn)有技術(shù)為主,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)。2014年10月我國政府頒布《2014-2016年新型顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展行動計(jì)劃》,提出顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力需要顯著加強(qiáng)。我國大陸液晶顯示器企業(yè)必須進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,才能在未來市場上與領(lǐng)先企業(yè)進(jìn)行競爭,獲得企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。B集團(tuán)作為我國大陸液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)中的代表企業(yè)之一,是我國大陸規(guī)模最大,唯一擁有全套液晶顯示器自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的企業(yè)。并且B集團(tuán)多年來一直視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為企業(yè)獨(dú)特的基因,堅(jiān)持自主創(chuàng)新,已在液晶顯示器技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面取得顯著成績。B集團(tuán)進(jìn)入液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)后,已經(jīng)完成“進(jìn)入者”,“追趕者”戰(zhàn)略,2013年進(jìn)入“挑戰(zhàn)者”戰(zhàn)略階段,未來目標(biāo)是成為顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)的“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者”。研究B集團(tuán)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對中國大陸液晶顯示器企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略制定具有參考意義。本文運(yùn)用外部環(huán)境分析法,內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析法和SWOT分析法對宏觀環(huán)境,產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,B集團(tuán)內(nèi)部技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,找出B集團(tuán)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新外部環(huán)境存在的機(jī)會和威脅,內(nèi)部技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。根據(jù)上述分析,考慮B集團(tuán)現(xiàn)在的戰(zhàn)略階段與未來的發(fā)展目標(biāo),提出B集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有“挑戰(zhàn)者”階段的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,并為保證戰(zhàn)略得以良好實(shí)施,提出B集團(tuán)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施。
[Abstract]:Liquid crystal display (LCD) industry is the mainstream of flat panel display industry, one of the important strategic and basic industries in the global information industry, and one of the strategic high-tech industries in China. Liquid crystal display (LCD) is an important part of man-machine interaction in electronic products. There are two important trends in the development of electronic products in the world. One is to improve the performance on the basis of the existing products, the other is to completely break through the existing product forms and subversive changes. This requires LCD to meet the development needs of electronic products and keep up with the trend of electronic products in order to maintain sustainable development. LCD companies have long recognized that technological innovation is the only way for enterprises to survive. At present, the leading enterprises in liquid crystal display industry on the one hand carry out technological innovation to meet the future demand, on the other hand, try to use display technology and products to drive the development and transformation of electronic products. It can be said that the rapid development of technology, pregnant with major breakthroughs and innovations. After more than 10 years of development, LCD display industry in China has become an important force in the global flat panel display industry. However, the LCD industry in China mainly relies on existing technologies. In October 2014, our government promulgated the Plan of Action for the Innovation and Development of the New display Industry 2014-2016, and pointed out that the technological innovation ability of the display industry needs to be strengthened significantly. In order to compete with the leading enterprises in the future market, the LCD enterprises in mainland of China must carry out technological innovation, and obtain the sustainable development of the enterprises. B Group is one of the representative enterprises in the LCD industry in mainland China. Mainland China is the largest, the only full set of LCD independent intellectual property enterprises. For many years, Group B has always regarded technological innovation as the unique gene of the enterprise, insisted on independent innovation, and has made remarkable achievements in the technical innovation of LCD. After Group B entered the LCD industry, it has completed the "entrant". Catcher, entering the Challenger stage in 2013, aims to become a "leader" in the display industry in the future. The study of B group technology innovation strategy has reference significance for the formulation of technology innovation strategy of liquid crystal display enterprises in mainland China. In this paper, the external environment analysis, internal environment analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the macro environment, industrial environment and the internal technological innovation environment of Group B, and to find out the opportunities and threats of the external environment of Group B's technological Innovation. Advantages and disadvantages of internal technological innovation. On the basis of the above analysis, considering the present strategic phase and future development goals of Group B, the paper puts forward the technology innovation strategy of the existing "challenger" phase of Group B, and in order to ensure the good implementation of the strategy, Put forward B group technical innovation strategy implementation measures.
