【摘要】：正《知識產(chǎn)權(quán)》雜志是國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局主管、中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會主辦、經(jīng)國家新聞出版總署批準(zhǔn)出版的國家級刊物。雜志為月刊,國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行,每期定價(jià)20元。雜志遵守國家相關(guān)法律規(guī)定,秉承開展知識產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)術(shù)研究與交流,促進(jìn)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)事業(yè)完善與發(fā)展的宗旨,堅(jiān)持正確的辦刊方向,為我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)事業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了理論導(dǎo)向作用。其主要欄目為高層論壇、學(xué)術(shù)研究、司法探討、百家爭鳴、工作實(shí)踐和國際知識產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:The journal is a national publication sponsored by the China intellectual property Research Association and approved by the State Press and publication Administration. The magazine is a monthly magazine, published at home and abroad, priced at 20 yuan per issue. The magazine adheres to the relevant national laws and regulations, carries out intellectual property academic research and exchanges, promotes the improvement and development of intellectual property rights, and adheres to the correct direction of running journals, which has played a theoretical guiding role in the development of intellectual property rights in China. Its main columns are high-level forums, academic research, judicial research, contending of a hundred schools of thought, work practices and international knowledge production.
