【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中日益顯著,逐漸成為三農(nóng)發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的助推器,成為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展最為活躍的細(xì)胞。在我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展過程中,資金問題常常是制約其發(fā)展的瓶頸。對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)來講,農(nóng)業(yè)科技知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)是其優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,應(yīng)該加以有效利用。知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資為廣大農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)提供了一條新的融資渠道。本文從農(nóng)業(yè)角度出發(fā),探討農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)進(jìn)行知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資的可行性,探討農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資的價(jià)值評(píng)估、融資模式、融資流程等一系列關(guān)鍵問題,旨在幫助農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)更好的認(rèn)識(shí)和利用這一新的融資渠道,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大。
[Abstract]:Agricultural science and technology enterprises are becoming more and more prominent in the structure of agricultural industry, and gradually become the booster of agriculture modernization and agriculture development, and become the most active cells of agricultural development. In the course of the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises in China, the problem of funds is often the bottleneck of its development. For agricultural science and technology enterprises, intellectual property rights of agricultural science and technology are their superior resources and should be used effectively. Intellectual property rights pledge financing provides a new financing channel for agricultural science and technology enterprises. From the angle of agriculture, this paper discusses the feasibility of intellectual property mortgage financing for agricultural science and technology enterprises, and discusses a series of key issues, such as the value evaluation, financing mode, financing process and so on, of intellectual property mortgage financing of agricultural science and technology enterprises. The aim is to help agricultural science and technology enterprises to better understand and utilize this new financing channel, and to promote the development and growth of agricultural science and technology enterprises.
