基于多核技術的LTE系統(tǒng)UE端的物理層開發(fā)

【摘要】:由我國提出的、并經ITU批準的三個第三代移動通信標準之一的TD-SCDMA技術,我國對其擁有完全的自主知識產權。同時,TD-SCDMA技術廣泛的被世界上大部分地區(qū)和國家所接受和認可。TD-SCDMA最終演進為LTE TDD標準。開發(fā)具有高性價比的TD-LTE手機對完善TD-LTE產業(yè)鏈和促進TD-LTE商用具有極為重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了LTE標準的制定過程和標準的研究現(xiàn)狀,重點介紹了TD-LTE標準的優(yōu)勢及現(xiàn)階段面臨的主要問題及未來的發(fā)展趨勢。其次對TD-LTE上行無線幀結構、上行物理信道及物理信號做了詳盡的分析。再次,從硬件設計和軟件設計兩個角度重點介紹了本文設計的UE終端。針對ARM微處理器使用的AMBA,總線體系結構實現(xiàn)較復雜的缺點,結合軟核SoC系統(tǒng)對外設可靈活的配置和裁剪的優(yōu)點,本文實現(xiàn)了一種片上總線設計;同時針對射頻驅動程序需要配置大量數(shù)據常量的特點,本文在深入研究ARM體系結構的基礎上實現(xiàn)了一種優(yōu)化的射頻器件驅動程序設計方案,可有效縮減代碼量;同時采用共享內存的設計方案,實現(xiàn)多核之問的通信。然后,在Modelsim仿真平臺下,對PUCCH信道、PUSCH信道及探測參考信號進行硬件仿真。在簡要介紹用于安捷倫X系列信號分析儀的N9082A LTE TDD測試軟件基礎上,用該軟件對本文設計的SoC系統(tǒng)進行了測試,測試結果符合3GPP標準要求。最后,對論文做的工作進行了總結概括,并對以后的研究方向做了簡要介紹。
[Abstract]:The technology of TD-SCDMA, one of the three third generation mobile communication standards proposed by China and approved by ITU, has completely independent intellectual property rights in China. At the same time, the technology of TD-SCDMA is widely accepted and recognized by most regions and countries in the world. The machine is of great significance for improving TD-LTE industry chain and promoting TD-LTE business.
Firstly, this paper introduces the formulation process of LTE standard and the research status of LTE standard, and focuses on the advantages of TD-LTE standard, the main problems faced at present and the future development trend. Secondly, the uplink wireless frame structure, uplink physical channel and physical signals of TD-LTE are analyzed in detail. Thirdly, the hardware design and software design are discussed. The UE terminal designed in this paper is introduced emphatically from the angle of view.In view of the shortcomings of AMBA used by ARM microprocessor and the complexity of bus architecture implementation, a kind of on-chip bus design is realized by combining the advantages of flexible configuration and tailoring of peripherals in soft-core SoC system. In this paper, an optimized RF device driver design scheme based on ARM architecture is implemented, which can effectively reduce the amount of code. At the same time, a shared memory design scheme is adopted to realize multi-core communication. Based on the brief introduction of N9082A LTE TDD testing software for Agilent X series signal analyzer, the SoC system designed in this paper is tested with this software. The test results meet the requirements of 3GPP standard. Finally, the work done in this paper is summarized and the future research directions are briefly introduced.
