寬鉛帶連鑄技術(shù)及其實驗研究

【摘要】:寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄設(shè)備是鉛蓄電池新生產(chǎn)工藝關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。雖然,從連鑄原理上來說與近年發(fā)展起來的薄板連鑄技術(shù)沒有本質(zhì)上區(qū)別,但是,由于鉛的性質(zhì)與其他金屬材料不同,加上對連鑄板厚和質(zhì)量的要求不同,多年來國內(nèi)一直未能很好的解決“寬鉛帶連鑄技術(shù)”設(shè)計問題。 課題組受江蘇三環(huán)實業(yè)有限公司委托,就“寬鉛帶連鑄技術(shù)及其實驗研究”問題展開研究。 課題主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)課題首先探討了與本課題相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上確立了本課題的主要研究內(nèi)容及解決問題的基本思路。 (2)根據(jù)企業(yè)對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計要求,依據(jù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對寬鉛帶連鑄技術(shù)進行了方案比較設(shè)計,最終確立了寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄技術(shù)優(yōu)選方案。并對其成型輥、側(cè)封板等關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)進行了方案設(shè)計。 (3)針對優(yōu)選方案,對寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄過程連鑄區(qū)進行了溫度場和流體場的分析,并構(gòu)建了其三維溫度場和流體場的耦合數(shù)學(xué)模型。 (4)利用Flow Simulation軟件對寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄過程連鑄區(qū)內(nèi)的熱流場進行了有限元分析,通過數(shù)值模擬方法獲得了工藝參數(shù)對連鑄區(qū)內(nèi)流場和溫度場的影響規(guī)律,為鑄軋工藝參數(shù)的確定奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 (5)研發(fā)制備了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄設(shè)備,以數(shù)值模擬給出的工藝參數(shù)規(guī)律為基礎(chǔ),確定了合理的鑄軋工藝參數(shù),并通過寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄實驗,獲得了符合商業(yè)要求的鉛帶坯,同時驗證了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的準確度。 課題主要創(chuàng)新點: (1)根據(jù)企業(yè)要求,首先構(gòu)建了國內(nèi)首臺,鑄帶寬320mm、帶厚10mm的寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄機設(shè)備方案。 (2)根據(jù)雙輥連鑄技術(shù)要求,通過對雙輥連鑄機傳熱學(xué)和流體力學(xué)的分析,構(gòu)建了其熱流數(shù)學(xué)耦合模型,為寬鉛帶雙輥連鑄設(shè)備的設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)和運行奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The wide lead belt two-roll continuous casting equipment is one of the key equipments in the new production process of lead storage battery. Although the principle of continuous casting is not fundamentally different from the thin plate continuous casting technology that has been developed in recent years, since the nature of lead is different from that of other metal materials and the requirements for thickness and quality of continuous casting plates are different, For many years, the design problem of wide lead strip continuous casting technology has not been solved well in our country. Entrusted by Jiangsu Sanhuan Industrial Co., Ltd, our research group is concerned with the problem of "wide lead strip continuous casting technology and its experimental study". The main contents of the research are as follows: (1) the current situation of research and development at home and abroad related to this topic is discussed in the first place. On the basis of the analysis and research, the main research contents and the basic ideas of solving the problem are established. (2) according to the requirements of the enterprise for product design, according to the current research situation at home and abroad, The scheme comparison and design of wide lead strip continuous casting technology was carried out, and the optimum selection scheme of wide lead strip double roll continuous casting technology was finally established. The key structures such as forming roll and side sealing plate are designed. (3) the temperature field and fluid field in the continuous casting area of wide lead belt double roll continuous casting process are analyzed for the optimal selection scheme. The coupled mathematical model of 3D temperature field and fluid field is constructed. (4) finite element analysis of heat flow field in continuous casting area of wide lead strip two-roll continuous casting process is carried out by using Flow Simulation software. The influence of process parameters on flow field and temperature field in continuous casting is obtained by numerical simulation. It lays a theoretical foundation for determining the technological parameters of casting and rolling. (5) A wide lead strip double-roll continuous casting equipment with independent intellectual property rights has been developed, which is based on the rule of process parameters given by numerical simulation. The reasonable technological parameters of casting and rolling were determined, and the commercial lead strip billet was obtained by the experiment of wide lead strip double roll continuous casting, and the accuracy of the numerical simulation results was verified at the same time. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the requirements of the enterprise, the first domestic equipment scheme of the wide lead belt double roll continuous casting machine with thick 10mm is first constructed. (2) according to the technical requirements of double roll continuous casting, Based on the analysis of heat transfer and hydrodynamics of two-roll continuous casting machine, the mathematical coupling model of heat flux is constructed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design, production and operation of two-roll continuous casting equipment with wide lead belt.
