基于自主PAC的貼片機(jī)研究

【摘要】:貼片機(jī)作為SMT生產(chǎn)線的核心,其擁有的數(shù)量和先進(jìn)程度已經(jīng)成為衡量一個企業(yè)、地區(qū)和國家的電子制造能力的指標(biāo)。市場上數(shù)百種類型的貼片機(jī)大多應(yīng)用于大中型企業(yè),為使貼片機(jī)普及化,本論文提出了面向中小企業(yè)及個人的經(jīng)濟(jì)型貼片機(jī),主要做了以下幾部分內(nèi)容: 首先,對面向中小企業(yè)及個人的經(jīng)濟(jì)型貼片機(jī)進(jìn)行整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。在UG中對主要零件進(jìn)行建模并完成裝配。本文設(shè)計(jì)的貼片機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)件大多使用型材進(jìn)行加工,傳動采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動同步帶,通過計(jì)算能滿足貼片機(jī)的精度需求。 其次,作為本論文的重點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的異構(gòu)多核可編程自動控制器(PAC),可分為獨(dú)立態(tài)和組合態(tài)兩種功能使用。獨(dú)立態(tài)下主要有以下功能:4路步進(jìn)電機(jī)的控制、2路伺服電機(jī)的控制、4路編碼器的反饋、16路專用信號的輸入和常用的下載與通信接口,如JTAG、USB、SPI、CAN、485等;組合態(tài)下可外接I/O主板跟模擬主板,通過自定義型SPI總線可實(shí)現(xiàn)主機(jī)和從機(jī)的互相切換,滿足不同的需求,可作為對運(yùn)動控制器的擴(kuò)展開發(fā)之用。在PAC硬件設(shè)計(jì)中,對各個主板上主要的控制信號與通信信號都進(jìn)行了光電隔離,以保護(hù)主控芯片。PAC軟件部分設(shè)計(jì)了用于控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的測試界面,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對各軸的常速及加減速點(diǎn)位控制、急停及恢復(fù)等功能,開發(fā)運(yùn)動控制函數(shù)庫,通過簡單的函數(shù)調(diào)用即可完成編程,實(shí)現(xiàn)對各軸的控制。 最后,完成了貼片機(jī)視覺系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。用OpenCV對需貼元件的照片、PCB板的焊盤位置進(jìn)行圖像處理,得到芯片的外形輪廓,,通過計(jì)算將得到的位置及角度信息反饋給控制器,控制器發(fā)出命令使各軸完成指定距離的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),最終完成貼裝過程。
[Abstract]:As the core of SMT production line, placement machine has become an index to measure the electronic manufacturing capability of an enterprise, a region and a country. Hundreds of kinds of placement machines are mostly used in large and medium-sized enterprises in the market. In order to popularize the placement machines, this paper puts forward the economic placement machine for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals. The main contents are as follows: first, The whole structure of the economic placement machine for small and medium sized enterprises and individuals is designed. Modeling and assembly of main parts in UG. Most of the structural parts designed in this paper are processed with profile, and the drive adopts step motor to drive the synchronous belt, which can meet the precision requirement of the placement machine by calculation. Secondly, as the focus of this thesis, a heterogeneous multi-core programmable automatic controller (PAC),) with independent intellectual property rights is designed, which can be divided into two functions: independent state and combined state. In the independent state, there are the following functions: the control of the four-way stepping motor and the control of the two-way servo motor; the feedback of the four-way encoder; the input of 16 special signals and the commonly used download and communication interface, such as JTAGG-USBPICAN485; I / O motherboard and analog motherboard can be connected to each other in the combined state. Through the custom SPI bus, the host and slave can switch each other to meet different requirements, and it can be used as the extension development of motion controller. In the hardware design of PAC, the main control signals and communication signals on each motherboard are optoelectronic isolated, and the test interface for controlling the running of stepping motor is designed in the software part of the protection master control chip .PAC. The functions of constant speed, acceleration and deceleration point control, sudden stop and recovery of each axis can be realized, and the motion control function library can be developed. The program can be completed by simple function call, and the control of each axis can be realized. Finally, the design of the vision system of the placement machine is completed. OpenCV is used to process the pad position of the photo PCB board to be affixed to the components, and the outline of the chip is obtained. The position and angle information is fed back to the controller by calculation. The controller sends out the command to make each axis complete the operation of the specified distance. The final installation process is completed.
