【摘要】：水泥工業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)原材料工業(yè)之一。我國(guó)水泥工業(yè)自20世紀(jì)70年代末期開(kāi)始著手新型干法水泥熟料鍛燒技術(shù)研究、開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用，在經(jīng)歷了引進(jìn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、消化吸收等階段后，目前進(jìn)入了開(kāi)發(fā)、創(chuàng)新、并擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)技術(shù)裝備的時(shí)代。我國(guó)水泥工業(yè)在工藝研發(fā)、工程設(shè)計(jì)、裝備制造和工程管理等方面已經(jīng)達(dá)到或接近世界同行的先進(jìn)水平并得到了國(guó)際同行的認(rèn)可。新型干法水泥工藝和裝備的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，一方面有力地促進(jìn)了我國(guó)水泥工業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整；另一方面水泥技術(shù)裝備伴隨國(guó)際水泥工程項(xiàng)目總承包開(kāi)始大量出口，成為我國(guó)率先以自有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)帶動(dòng)成套技術(shù)裝備出口的工業(yè)行業(yè)之一。 雖然我國(guó)目前以工程總承包的方式將成套水泥技術(shù)裝備成功打入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，并占有較高的市場(chǎng)份額，但我們應(yīng)該清醒地看到，我國(guó)大型核心水泥技術(shù)裝備的出口份額不高，同時(shí)在出口的成套水泥技術(shù)裝備中轉(zhuǎn)口貿(mào)易占了很大的比重，水泥技術(shù)裝備的實(shí)際出口份額遠(yuǎn)低于目前工程總承包所占的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)份額。一旦我國(guó)工程總承包這個(gè)出口載體失去比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，水泥技術(shù)裝備的出口將有可能面臨困境。另外，，隨著國(guó)內(nèi)水泥行業(yè)的產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的完成，我國(guó)水泥技術(shù)裝備急需尋找新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)水泥技術(shù)裝備發(fā)展及出口現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的闡述，采用合適的分析方法，從科學(xué)和實(shí)證角度對(duì)我國(guó)水泥技術(shù)裝備的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析研究，通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)水泥技術(shù)裝備的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)和機(jī)遇威脅進(jìn)行探討分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出有針對(duì)性的提升對(duì)策措施。文章對(duì)于進(jìn)一步提高和發(fā)展我國(guó)水泥技術(shù)裝備國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有一定的理論實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Cement industry is one of the important basic raw material industries in the development of national economy. Since the late 1970s, the cement industry of our country has begun to study, develop and apply the new dry cement clinker burning technology. After the introduction of key technology, digestion and absorption, and so on, the cement industry has entered into the development and innovation at present. And has independent intellectual property technology equipment era. The cement industry of our country has reached or approached the advanced level of the world counterparts in process research and development, engineering design, equipment manufacturing and engineering management, and has been recognized by the international counterparts. The technological progress of the new dry process cement technology and equipment, on the one hand, has promoted the structural adjustment of the cement industry in our country, on the other hand, the cement technical equipment has been exported in large quantities with the general contracting of international cement engineering projects. China has become the first to use its own intellectual property rights to promote the export of complete sets of technology and equipment one of the industrial industries. Although our country has successfully entered the international market with complete sets of cement technical equipment by way of general contracting of projects, and occupies a relatively high market share, we should soberly see that the export share of China's large core cement technical equipment is not high. At the same time, the re-export trade accounts for a large proportion of the whole set of cement technical equipment exported, and the actual export share of cement technical equipment is far lower than the international market share occupied by the general contracting of the project at present. Once the export carrier loses its comparative advantage, the export of cement technical equipment may face difficulties. In addition, with the overcapacity of domestic cement industry and the completion of industrial structure adjustment, China's cement technology and equipment urgently need to find new market opportunities. In this paper, through a comprehensive and systematic description of the development and export status of China's cement technical equipment, the export competitiveness of China's cement technical equipment is analyzed and studied from the scientific and empirical point of view by using appropriate analysis methods. Based on the discussion and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats of the cement technical equipment in China, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for further improving and developing the international competitiveness of China's cement technical equipment.
