【摘要】：煤炭企業(yè)在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位，關(guān)乎國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的安全和發(fā)展。在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的背景下，煤炭企業(yè)本身有強(qiáng)烈的創(chuàng)新需求。煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和一般中小企業(yè)在影響要素和路徑設(shè)計(jì)上存在明顯的差異。從國(guó)家節(jié)能減排、行業(yè)特性、技術(shù)適用性等問題上，煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有特殊的行業(yè)屬性。文章系統(tǒng)梳理了影響煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的要素，剖析了煤炭技術(shù)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。 文章在系統(tǒng)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響要素、實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑及煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)論述的基礎(chǔ)上，以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、創(chuàng)新理論和產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作理論為支撐，系統(tǒng)分析了煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響要素，并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，，構(gòu)建了影響要素模型，以對(duì)影響要素的分析為基礎(chǔ)，提出了煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑，以鐵嶺市煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的問題及對(duì)策為基點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行了案例分析，最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。通過上述研究，得出以下主要結(jié)論： （1）煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新受到多種因素的共同影響。包括四個(gè)維度，十六個(gè)具體指標(biāo)，政策環(huán)境維度包括政策導(dǎo)向因素、社會(huì)環(huán)境因素、市場(chǎng)需求因素和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)因素；技術(shù)研發(fā)維度包含領(lǐng)導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新精神、財(cái)力投入強(qiáng)度、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、員工素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)因素；技術(shù)傳播維度包含企業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、營(yíng)銷能力作用、信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)、協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因素；技術(shù)采納維度包含企業(yè)文化機(jī)理、知識(shí)管理促進(jìn)、持續(xù)開發(fā)因素以及創(chuàng)新效益評(píng)估因素。 （2）根據(jù)影響要素的分析，提出煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的四種實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。第一是產(chǎn)學(xué)研機(jī)構(gòu)合作路徑；二是知識(shí)共享路徑；三是技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移路徑；四是協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑。盡管四種路徑在外延上存在交叉，但是從不同視角揭示了煤炭企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的方法和步驟。
[Abstract]:Coal enterprises have an important strategic position in the national economic system, which is related to the security and development of the national economy. In the context of building an innovative country, coal enterprises themselves have a strong demand for innovation. There are obvious differences between technological innovation of coal enterprises and general small and medium-sized enterprises in influencing factors and path design. From the aspects of national energy saving and emission reduction, industry characteristics, technology applicability and so on, the technical innovation of coal enterprises has special industry attribute. This paper systematically combs the factors that influence the technological innovation of coal enterprises, and analyzes the way to realize the technological innovation of coal enterprises. On the basis of systematically combing the influencing factors, realizing paths and related expositions of technological innovation in coal enterprises, the paper is supported by the theory of sustainable development, the theory of innovation and the theory of industry-university-research cooperation. This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation in coal enterprises, and makes an empirical test, constructs a model of influencing factors, and puts forward the way to realize the technological innovation of coal enterprises based on the analysis of influencing factors. Based on the technical innovation problems and countermeasures of Tieling coal enterprises, this paper makes a case analysis, and finally summarizes and prospects the full text. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the technological innovation of coal enterprises is influenced by many factors. Including four dimensions, sixteen specific indicators, the policy environment dimension includes policy guidance factor, social environment factor, market demand factor and intellectual property factor; Technology R & D dimension includes leadership innovation spirit, financial investment intensity, Technology innovation level, employee quality structure factor, technology communication dimension includes enterprise innovation mechanism, marketing ability function, information technology promotion, collaborative network influence factor, technology adoption dimension includes enterprise culture mechanism, knowledge management promotion, The factors of sustainable development and evaluation of innovation benefit. (2) according to the analysis of influencing factors, the paper puts forward four ways to realize technological innovation in coal enterprises. The first is the cooperative path of industry, university and research institutions; the second is the path of knowledge sharing; the third is the path of technology transfer; and the fourth is the path of collaborative innovation. Although the four paths are intersected in extension, the methods and steps of realizing technological innovation in coal enterprises are revealed from different angles.
