【摘要】：通過對我國城市道路井蓋進行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，將近80%的井蓋上面沒有清晰的標示，并且鑄造樣式幾乎千篇一律。本文基于這一問題，有針對性的對城市道路井蓋的安全性、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能和環(huán)境美化以及藝術(shù)設計等內(nèi)容，做了充分的調(diào)研取證和深入的研究，對城市道路井蓋的識別與提示等功能，作了較深入的設計與分析，重點闡述了我國道路井蓋所存在的諸多問題，并從設計實踐的角度對人性化設計、環(huán)境保護以及藝術(shù)設計應用等領域進行了建設性的研究和改進，為本課題生產(chǎn)實踐起到了積極的推廣作用。 目前，國內(nèi)城市道路井蓋的現(xiàn)狀，從不同側(cè)面分析了大多數(shù)井蓋必須增設外飾和識別性極強的符號，以此方式注釋標明井蓋的功能、安全性、藝術(shù)性、環(huán)境保護和人性化設計等，即簡單的文字與圖案安全提示的重要性，這是現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展必須要解決的問題。而我國道路井蓋品種繁多，安全系數(shù)和人性化設計提示極低，，大大的影響了道路井蓋的可靠性和安全性。而從行人的角度來看，道路服務實施設計的視覺統(tǒng)一性角度來考慮，存在著安全隱患和缺乏設計和功能性的含量。 本文在對環(huán)境美化和城市文化建設等方面進行深入的剖析，從中尋找改進方案和措施，通過科學有效的結(jié)構(gòu)設計和應用研究，在人性化設計和藝術(shù)設計應用等方面找出切入點，并根據(jù)不同城市的人文內(nèi)涵和文化底蘊，對井蓋進行有針對性的人性化、藝術(shù)設計和安全性等保護性應用研究，從不同的角度以科學的設計方案，充分體現(xiàn)出井蓋的功能和藝術(shù)價值，把這一不起眼的又關(guān)系到人民群眾生命安全和美化環(huán)境的井蓋，當做一個城市最美麗的名片，以此來烘托一個城市的人文特色和文化品位。所以，為了將此設計項目能夠盡快的實現(xiàn)在城市道路的井蓋上，筆者將本課題設計方案及相關(guān)成果案例已經(jīng)上報了中華人民共和國國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專利局，并提出專利技術(shù)和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)申請，經(jīng)過相關(guān)部門的復查和核實，已經(jīng)申請成功了兩項國家級專利，專利名稱為：《一種抗壓窨井蓋及其支架》專利號為：201420092353.4和《井蓋外觀裝飾應用設計作品》專利號為：2014Z11L016659。作為本人畢業(yè)論文答辯的結(jié)論成果。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of urban road manhole covers in China, it is found that nearly 80% of the manhole covers are not clearly marked, and the casting patterns are almost the same. Based on this problem, this paper has done sufficient investigation and evidence gathering and in-depth research on the safety, structure and function of urban road manhole cover, as well as the contents of landscaping and art design. This paper makes a deep design and analysis of the functions of identifying and prompting the city road manhole cover, and emphatically expounds many problems existing in the road well cover of our country, and from the point of view of the design practice, the humanized design is given. The constructive research and improvement in the fields of environmental protection and art design application have played an active role in popularizing the production practice of this subject. At present, the present situation of urban road manhole covers in China has analyzed from different aspects that most manhole covers must be added exterior decoration and highly recognizable symbols, so as to annotate the function, security and artistry of manhole covers in this way. Environmental protection and humanized design, that is, the importance of simple word and pattern safety cues, are the problems that must be solved in the development of modern cities. However, there are many kinds of road manhole covers in our country, and the safety factor and humanized design hint are very low, which greatly affects the reliability and safety of road manhole covers. From the perspective of pedestrians, there are hidden dangers of safety and lack of design and functional content in view of visual unity of road service implementation design. This paper makes a deep analysis on the aspects of environment beautification and city culture construction, from which to find out the improvement plan and measure, through scientific and effective structure design and application research, find out the breakthrough point in humanized design and art design application, etc. According to the humanistic connotation and cultural background of different cities, the protective application of manhole covers, such as humanization, art design and safety, is studied in a scientific design plan from different angles. It fully reflects the function and artistic value of the manhole cover, and regards it as the most beautiful business card of a city, which is related to the safety of the people's lives and beautification of the environment, in order to contrast the humanistic characteristics and cultural taste of a city. Therefore, in order to realize this design project on the well cover of urban roads as soon as possible, the author has reported the design scheme of this project and the relevant cases to the State intellectual property Patent Office of the people's Republic of China. And filed applications for patent technology and intellectual property rights. After re-examination and verification by relevant departments, two state-level patents have been successfully applied for. The patent name is: < A manhole cover and its support > Patent number: 201420092353.4, and Patent No.: 2014Z11L0166599.The patent number of the patent is: 2014Z11L016659. the patent number is: 201420092353.4 and the patent number is: 2014Z11L016659. As a result of my thesis defense.
