正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方法及平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的正時(shí)鏈傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用前景。但是國(guó)產(chǎn)汽車鏈在高速下的性能與國(guó)外產(chǎn)品相比還存在差距,目前國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主機(jī)廠的正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)大多采用國(guó)外產(chǎn)品,嚴(yán)重制約了國(guó)內(nèi)自主品牌的發(fā)展。為提高正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)的自主開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)能力和制造水平,需要對(duì)正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)的工作特性及設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行細(xì)致研究。另外,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,工程中廣泛利用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行輔助設(shè)計(jì)和分析。對(duì)于正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng),工程人員可以利用市場(chǎng)上比較成熟的分析軟件對(duì)已開(kāi)發(fā)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),但是由于正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)布局各異,工況也不盡相同,對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)較為困難,目前市場(chǎng)上還沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)可供工程技術(shù)人員對(duì)正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的軟件平臺(tái)。因此,對(duì)正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究,,掌握正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方法的核心技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件具有重要的工程實(shí)用意義。 論文結(jié)合吉林省科技發(fā)展計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目重大科技專項(xiàng)“現(xiàn)代汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”,在對(duì)正時(shí)鏈系統(tǒng)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,針對(duì)正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了研究,并開(kāi)發(fā)了可實(shí)現(xiàn)工程應(yīng)用的正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)的軟件平臺(tái)。 論文首先闡述了汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理及配氣過(guò)程,介紹了正時(shí)系統(tǒng)在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中的重要作用,展示了常見(jiàn)的正時(shí)系統(tǒng)的布局型式,對(duì)正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)組成部分及其作用進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,總結(jié)了正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)常見(jiàn)的失效形式,討論了正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)方面,根據(jù)齒形鏈鏈條與鏈輪的嚙合原理,在傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)所關(guān)心的主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,找出了這些參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能產(chǎn)生的影響,強(qiáng)化了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的理論基礎(chǔ),最終歸納總結(jié)出了正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方法,開(kāi)發(fā)出了正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)軟件。運(yùn)用所開(kāi)發(fā)的軟件可以完成針對(duì)各種布局型式的正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的布局設(shè)計(jì)工作。結(jié)合對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件RecurDyn的了解,對(duì)RecurDyn軟件進(jìn)行了二次開(kāi)發(fā),工程技術(shù)人員在利用RecurDyn軟件對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行分析時(shí),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配和添加約束的自動(dòng)化操作,能夠減少大量的建模時(shí)間。 論文的研究工作是對(duì)正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方法研究的探索,論文的研究成果對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的正時(shí)齒形鏈系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)具有重要的理論意義與工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the automobile industry, the timing chain transmission system of automobile engine has been widely used and has a broad market prospect. However, there is a gap in the performance of the domestic automobile chain at high speed compared with the foreign products. At present, most of the timing chain system of engine main engine factory in China is mostly restricted by foreign products. In order to improve the independent development design ability and manufacturing level of the timing chain system, the working characteristics and design methods of the timing chain system need to be carefully studied. In addition, with the development of computer technology, the computer is widely used in the design and analysis of the auxiliary system. For the timing chain system, the Engineer We can use the mature analysis software on the market to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the developed system and evaluate the designed system according to the results of the analysis. However, because the layout of the timing chain is different and the working conditions are not the same, it is difficult to design and develop the system. At present, there is no engineering technology person in the market. The software platform for the design and development of the timing chain system is carried out. Therefore, the design method of the timing chain system is studied, the core technology of the digital design method of the timing chain system is grasps, and the development of the auxiliary design software of the timing chain system is of great practical significance.
On the basis of the analysis of the current research status of the timing chain system at home and abroad, the paper studies the digital design method of the timing chain system on the basis of the research on the key technology of the development of the modern gasoline engine positive gear chain system, which is a major science and technology project of the Jilin science and technology development project. The software platform for digital design of timing toothed chain system is used.
This paper first expounds the working principle and the gas distribution process of the automobile engine, introduces the important role of the timing system in the engine, shows the common layout patterns of the timing system, explains the components and functions of the timing chain system and summarizes the common failure forms of the timing chain system, and discusses the common failure forms of the timing chain system. In the system design and development, on the basis of the meshing principle of the tooth chain chain chain and the sprocket, the main parameters concerned in the design are analyzed in detail on the basis of the traditional design method, and the influence of these parameters on the system performance is found out, and the theoretical foundation of the system development is strengthened. When using the RecurDyn software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the designed system, the engineers can realize the automatic operation of assembling and adding constraints, and can reduce a large amount of modeling time.
The research work of this paper is the exploration of the research on the digital design method of the timing gear chain system. The research results of this paper have important theoretical significance and practical value for the design and development of the timing chain system with independent intellectual property rights.
