重型商用車機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器道路試驗(yàn)方法研究

【摘要】:我國商用車主要分為微型商用車、輕型商用車、中型商用車和重型商用車四大類,其中重型商用車產(chǎn)量增長最快,年均增幅最大。變速器是重型商用車的一個(gè)重要總成,與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一起合稱為動(dòng)力總成,其性能的好壞極大地影響到汽車的質(zhì)量。機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器(AMT)以其傳動(dòng)效率高、成本低和易于制造等優(yōu)點(diǎn),非常適合我國汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí),具有很好的產(chǎn)業(yè)化前景和廣闊的應(yīng)用范圍。因此,開展重型商用車機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,開發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器,對(duì)打破國外的技術(shù)壟斷,掌握核心技術(shù),促進(jìn)我國汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展與技術(shù)進(jìn)步具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器開發(fā)過程中,道路試驗(yàn)作為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),,有著極其重要的作用。只有通過道路試驗(yàn),才能對(duì)產(chǎn)品的整車匹配及可靠性進(jìn)行全面充分的驗(yàn)證。本文以某重型商用車機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器開發(fā)過程中的道路試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了道路試驗(yàn)方法的研究。 本文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.分析了國內(nèi)外機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器的發(fā)展,簡要介紹了國內(nèi)外試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 2.對(duì)通用公司和路虎公司的自動(dòng)變速器試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了比較分析。 3.結(jié)合整車要求及機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),DFMEA分析及變速器的有限元分析,得出變速器可能出現(xiàn)的故障點(diǎn),針對(duì)潛在的故障制定出一套全面的道路試驗(yàn)方法。 4.結(jié)合某重型商用車變速器開發(fā)過程中的道路試驗(yàn),將此方法進(jìn)行運(yùn)用,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)過程中的故障及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證本試驗(yàn)方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Commercial vehicles in China are mainly divided into four categories: micro commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, medium commercial vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles, in which the output of heavy commercial vehicles increases fastest and the annual increase is the largest. Transmission is an important assembly of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, together with the engine is called powertrain, its performance greatly affects the quality of the vehicle. With the advantages of high transmission efficiency, low cost and easy manufacture, the mechanical automatic transmission (AMT) is very suitable for the development of automobile industry in our country, and has a good prospect of industrialization and a wide range of application. Therefore, the research on the key technology of the mechanical automatic transmission of heavy commercial vehicles and the development of the mechanical automatic transmission with independent intellectual property rights will break the technology monopoly of foreign countries and master the core technology. It is of great practical significance to promote the development and technical progress of China's automobile industry. As the last link of product development, road test plays an extremely important role in the development of mechanical automatic transmission. Only through road test, can the vehicle matching and reliability of the product be fully and fully verified. Based on the road test in the course of the development of the mechanical automatic transmission of a heavy commercial vehicle, the road test method is studied in this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The development of mechanical automatic transmission at home and abroad is analyzed, and the test standards at home and abroad are briefly introduced. The test standards of automatic transmission for General purpose Company and Land Rover Company are compared and analyzed. Combined with the requirements of the whole vehicle and the design objective of the mechanical automatic transmission, DFMEA analysis and finite element analysis of the transmission, the possible fault points of the transmission are obtained, and a set of comprehensive road test method is developed for the potential faults. 4. Combined with the road test during the development of a heavy duty commercial vehicle transmission, this method is applied, and the fault during the test and the test results are analyzed to verify the validity of the test method.
