【摘要】：正2017年10月16日,由中車長(zhǎng)春軌道客車股份有限公司研制的首批美國(guó)波士頓橙線地鐵車下線,預(yù)計(jì)將于12月運(yùn)抵美國(guó)。這是"中國(guó)制造"的地鐵車首次出口美國(guó)。該車在車輛結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、控制安全、質(zhì)量管理體系等方面均采用美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是我國(guó)首批具有完全自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地鐵車。該車不僅滿足美方在技術(shù)、商務(wù)、本地化及法律等方面多項(xiàng)要求,而且將憑借人性化設(shè)計(jì)改善乘客的出行體驗(yàn)。車輛采用不銹鋼車體,運(yùn)營(yíng)速度為102 km/h,車輛服務(wù)年限達(dá)30年。據(jù)悉,該車的不銹鋼車體達(dá)到美標(biāo)體系中更為嚴(yán)格的ASME RT-2 2014標(biāo)準(zhǔn),此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)車體碰撞安全性更高。
[Abstract]:On October 16, 2017, the first batch of Boston Orange Subway cars, developed by the Changchun Rail bus Company of China, are expected to arrive in the United States in December. This is the first time a subway car made in China has been exported to the United States. The vehicle adopts the American standard in the aspects of vehicle structure intensity, control safety, quality management system and so on. It is the first batch of American standard subway cars with completely independent intellectual property rights in our country. The car not only meets the needs of the United States in technology, commerce, localization and law, but also will improve the passenger travel experience with the help of humanized design. The vehicle uses stainless steel body, the operation speed is 102 km / h, the vehicle service life reaches 30 years. It is reported that the stainless steel body of the car meets the more stringent ASME RT-2 2014 standard in the American standard system, this standard body collision safety is higher.
