【摘要】："一帶一路"背景下的國際知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展應(yīng)以相對公平正義及動態(tài)利益平衡為依據(jù),以技術(shù)輸出中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護為坐標(biāo)系,有選擇地面對企業(yè)走出去主要面臨的專利運營問題,"一帶一路"倡議下的技術(shù)輸出應(yīng)以文化輸出為先導(dǎo),以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動中國創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級,擴張文化軟實力。
[Abstract]:The development of international intellectual property under the background of "Belt and Road" should be based on the relative fairness and justice and the balance of dynamic interests, and the intellectual property protection in the export of technology should be taken as the coordinate system. Facing the patent operation problem that enterprises mainly face when they go abroad selectively, the technology export under "Belt and Road" should be guided by cultural export, drive China's innovation economy transformation and upgrade by cultural and creative industry, and expand cultural soft power.
