新型環(huán)保煙氣脫硝催化劑

【摘要】:正中國(guó)石化撫順石油化工研究院簡(jiǎn)稱(撫研院)在廢氣處理方面,開發(fā)出FDN-2低溫脫硝催化劑和FN-3高效脫硝催化劑,分別適用于煉油廠工藝加熱爐、部分燃?xì)忮仩t煙氣脫硝處理和催化裂化裝置、電廠鍋爐脫硝超低排放改造,處理后的煙氣滿足當(dāng)前國(guó)家和地方環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。近期,該技術(shù)已申請(qǐng)中國(guó)發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),通過(guò)了由中國(guó)石油化工股份有限公司科技部組織的技術(shù)評(píng)議。
[Abstract]:In the aspect of waste gas treatment, FDN-2 low temperature denitrification catalyst and FN-3 high efficiency denitrification catalyst have been developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute of Sinopec, which are suitable for refinery process reheating furnace, respectively. Some gas boiler flue gas denitrification treatment and catalytic cracking unit, power plant boiler denitrification ultra-low emission transformation, the treated flue gas meets the current national and local environmental standards. Recently, the technology has applied for 6 patents of Chinese invention with independent intellectual property rights and passed the technical review organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
