機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)的動(dòng)態(tài)可配置技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:數(shù)控機(jī)床在我國(guó)制造加工業(yè)中占據(jù)重要地位,推動(dòng)了我國(guó)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)我國(guó)整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。但是,目前國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)床技術(shù)落后,發(fā)展緩慢,智能化水平不高,已不能適應(yīng)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段制造業(yè)的發(fā)展要求,也不能滿足制造企業(yè)實(shí)施信息化戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展要求,這就要求我國(guó)機(jī)床要不斷的提高自身的整體制造水平。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)化技術(shù)以及智能推理技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化制造是整個(gè)機(jī)床行業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,而多功能嵌入式終端系統(tǒng)可以幫助數(shù)控機(jī)床實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化。本文以提高數(shù)控機(jī)床的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化制造水平為目標(biāo),對(duì)機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,并實(shí)現(xiàn)原型系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),驗(yàn)證相關(guān)理論的正確性和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。 本文首先闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)控機(jī)床智能化水平落后,自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)不足,嚴(yán)重依賴進(jìn)口以及機(jī)床的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化對(duì)我國(guó)整個(gè)制造業(yè)具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義,,分析了機(jī)床智能化提升終端、機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)、終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)及其可配置性的需求,從而提出了智能終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)的體系框架,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。 然后,對(duì)智能終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)體系框架涉及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究。其中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)主要包括:1)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與終端系統(tǒng)信息交互技術(shù)。研究了在數(shù)控系統(tǒng)開(kāi)放體系結(jié)構(gòu)下當(dāng)今主流數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與終端系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行信息交互的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,提出了以C/S模型方案實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與終端系統(tǒng)信息交互的動(dòng)態(tài)可配置。2)機(jī)床本體與終端系統(tǒng)信息交互技術(shù)。研究了以插件方式,并基于優(yōu)先級(jí)的FCFS的硬件接口調(diào)度實(shí)現(xiàn)傳感器、智能儀表、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡等數(shù)據(jù)的采集和控制。3)機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)可配置技術(shù)。研究了終端系統(tǒng)功能模塊集成與界面風(fēng)格的動(dòng)態(tài)配置技術(shù)。4)機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)支持技術(shù),包括TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、串口通信、USB通信。 之后,在基于對(duì)機(jī)床智能化提升終端系統(tǒng)支撐平臺(tái)體系框架分析和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,先是搭建終端系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái),然后根據(jù)硬件平臺(tái)移植嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),最后重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)支撐平臺(tái)涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并形成應(yīng)用程序接口供應(yīng)用層調(diào)用,以實(shí)現(xiàn)智能機(jī)床的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化。 最后,開(kāi)發(fā)原型系統(tǒng),并在重慶某齒輪制造企業(yè)的滾齒機(jī)床中試運(yùn)行,降低了終端系統(tǒng)功能模塊的開(kāi)發(fā)難度,縮短了開(kāi)發(fā)周期,提高了嵌入式終端相關(guān)資源的利用率,為實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控機(jī)床網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Numerical control machine tools play an important role in the manufacturing and processing industry of our country, promote the development of our country's manufacturing industry, and are of great importance to the development of the whole national economy of our country. However, at present, the technology of domestic machine tools is backward, the development of machine tools is slow and the level of intelligence is not high, so it can not meet the requirements of the development of manufacturing industry at the present stage of our country, nor can it meet the requirements of the development of information strategy for manufacturing enterprises This requires that China's machine tools to constantly improve their overall manufacturing level. With the rapid development of network technology, automation technology and intelligent reasoning technology, networked and intelligent manufacturing is the development direction of the whole machine tool industry, and multi-function embedded terminal system can help NC machine tools to realize network and intelligence. In order to improve the networked and intelligent manufacturing level of NC machine tools, this paper studies the supporting platform and key technologies of intelligent lifting terminal system of machine tools, and realizes the development of prototype system. Verify the correctness of the relevant theory and the practicability of the system. This paper first states that the intelligence level of CNC machine tools in China is backward, the independent intellectual property rights are insufficient, the heavy dependence on imports and the networking and intelligentization of machine tools are of great and far-reaching significance to the whole manufacturing industry of our country. The intelligent lifting terminal, the intelligent lifting terminal system, the supporting platform of the terminal system and its configurable requirements are analyzed, and the framework of the intelligent terminal system supporting platform is put forward and described in detail. Then, the key technology of intelligent terminal system supporting platform is studied. The key technologies include: 1) Information interaction between CNC system and terminal system. In this paper, the realization of information exchange between the mainstream CNC system and the terminal system under the open architecture of CNC system is studied. In this paper, a dynamic configurable .2 (2) technology of information interaction between NC system and terminal system based on C / S model scheme is presented, and the technology of information interaction between machine tool ontology and terminal system is presented. This paper studies the dynamic configurable technology of intelligent lifting terminal system of machine tool based on plug-in and priority based on FCFS hardware interface scheduling to realize data acquisition and control of sensor, intelligent instrument, data acquisition card and so on. The network support technology of intelligent lifting terminal platform for machine tool is studied, including TCP/IP network communication, serial port communication and TCP/IP communication. Then, based on the analysis of the supporting platform framework of intelligent lifting terminal system of machine tools and the research of key technologies, the hardware platform of the terminal system is first built, and then the embedded operating system is transplanted according to the hardware platform. Finally, the key technologies involved in the supporting platform are developed and implemented, and the application program interface is formed for the application layer to call, so as to realize the network and intelligence of intelligent machine tools. Finally, the prototype system is developed and run in a gear hobbing machine bed in Chongqing, which reduces the difficulty of developing the function module of the terminal system, shortens the development cycle, and improves the utilization ratio of the related resources of embedded terminal. For the realization of CNC machine tool networking and intelligence laid a solid foundation.
