行星齒輪式汽車(chē)座椅調(diào)角器精沖工藝研究

【摘要】:汽車(chē)座椅調(diào)角器是汽車(chē)中座椅部分的關(guān)鍵零部件,為了適應(yīng)人體的姿勢(shì),可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)座椅與人體靠背的角度,從而最大限度的滿足人們對(duì)舒適性的要求和提供座椅對(duì)人體的支撐力。 在調(diào)角器的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中需滿足以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)零件在使用過(guò)程中要保證有足夠的強(qiáng)度,在突發(fā)狀況下,例如發(fā)生交通事故時(shí),將會(huì)承受突如其來(lái)的外力沖擊,為了保證人員的安全,零件必須具有足夠的強(qiáng)度;(2)當(dāng)乘客或者是駕駛?cè)藛T進(jìn)行座椅調(diào)節(jié)時(shí),要能夠確保使用人員能夠方便快捷的進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié);(3)調(diào)角器零部件在與汽車(chē)座椅進(jìn)行裝配時(shí),要符合一定的間隙設(shè)計(jì)要求。 本課題主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 一、對(duì)調(diào)角器的各種成型工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出適合行星齒輪式調(diào)角器的成型工藝。 二、分別對(duì)普通沖裁工藝、精密沖裁工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并對(duì)沖孔半沖孔工藝進(jìn)行了解。 三、利用DEFORM-3D有限元數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)精密沖裁工藝,半沖孔工藝進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和優(yōu)化,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)行星齒輪式調(diào)角器進(jìn)行沖裁模擬。 四、分析說(shuō)明通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬而得出的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果。 本文對(duì)精密沖裁和普通沖裁兩種成型工藝進(jìn)行比較。由于調(diào)角器是汽車(chē)座椅上的關(guān)鍵件、安全件,其功能和質(zhì)量是關(guān)乎座椅的檔次和可乘人員的安全,所以調(diào)角器對(duì)質(zhì)量和工藝要求較高。 對(duì)調(diào)角器成型過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,通過(guò)對(duì)成型過(guò)程中應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的分布、幾何形狀、成型尺寸進(jìn)行分析說(shuō)明,說(shuō)明工藝的特點(diǎn)難點(diǎn),并針對(duì)工藝目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),說(shuō)明模具達(dá)到工藝要求的具體辦法和關(guān)鍵模具的結(jié)構(gòu)原理。 由于行星齒輪式汽車(chē)座椅調(diào)角器是德國(guó)設(shè)計(jì),有德國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),,產(chǎn)品在德國(guó)轎車(chē)上廣泛應(yīng)用,本研究有應(yīng)用價(jià)值,是較先進(jìn)的國(guó)際水平,有較好的利用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The car seat angle adjuster is the key part of the seat part of the automobile. In order to adapt to the posture of the human body, the angle between the seat and the body back can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the seat and the back of the human body. So as to meet the maximum comfort requirements and provide seat support to the human body. In the practical application of the angle regulator, the following aspects should be satisfied: (1) the parts should be guaranteed to have sufficient strength in the process of use, and in sudden situations, such as traffic accidents, they will be subjected to sudden external force shocks. In order to ensure the safety of personnel, the parts must be of sufficient strength; (2) when the passenger or driver adjusts the seat, it should be able to ensure that the user can easily and quickly adjust; (3) the parts of angle adjuster should meet the requirement of clearance design when assembling with automobile seat. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. By comparing and analyzing the various forming processes of the angle adjuster, the forming process suitable for the planetary gear angle adjuster is obtained. Secondly, the common blanking process and the precision blanking process are compared, and the punching semi-punching process is understood. Thirdly, DEFORM-3D finite element numerical simulation software is used to verify and optimize the precision blanking process and semi-punching process, and the planetary gear angle adjuster is further simulated. Fourthly, the data and results obtained by numerical simulation are analyzed and explained. This paper compares the precision blanking process with the common blanking process. Because the angle adjuster is the key part in the automobile seat and the safety part, its function and quality are related to the safety of the seats and the safety of the passengers, so the angle adjuster requires high quality and technology. Through the numerical simulation of the forming process of the angle adjuster, the distribution of stress and strain, the geometric shape and the size of the forming process are analyzed and explained, and the characteristics and difficulties of the process are explained, and the realization of the process goal is pointed out. The concrete method and the structure principle of the key die are explained. Because the planetary gear car seat angle adjuster is a German design with German intellectual property rights and its products are widely used in German cars, this research has applied value, is a more advanced international level, and has better utilization value.
