重大經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)審議制度研究
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese enterprises frequently encounter the western developed countries' intellectual property rights in the international market competition. Compared with other countries, There is a big gap between the development of independent intellectual property and the utilization and protection of international intellectual property. This gap has deeply affected China's economic development process. Under the tide of global economic integration, our country is also actively in line with the international standards, but the lack of intellectual property protection and utilization ability leads us to be at a disadvantage in the fierce international competition. At the same time, in recent years, in the face of the multinational enterprises in many developed countries frequently launched against China's round of intellectual property offensive, we seem to have insufficient coping capacity. Our government is feeling this kind of crisis. In order to break the premeditated layout of western developed countries, our country has raised the intellectual property rights review to a strategic height. The outline of the National intellectual property Strategy issued on June 5, 2008, and the outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020) also defined the goal of establishing the intellectual property review system in China. Based on this background, local intellectual property rights review policy has been issued one after another. But because our country intellectual property right has just developed for more than 30 years, the upper policy inevitably exists certain flaw, this inevitably causes each administrative region policy not to be perfect. Through the comparative study of the current IPR review policies in various administrative regions at all levels in China, this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems, and constructs the IPR review system from the theoretical point of view. To seek the best solution to the problems existing in the construction of intellectual property system in China.
