【摘要】:隨著信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)紛紛加快信息化、數(shù)字化的步伐,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也不例外,正逐步發(fā)展壯大成為國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的管理逐步從傳統(tǒng)的人力管理模式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代的信息化管理模式。 啟明ERP軟件(企業(yè)資源計劃管理系統(tǒng))是一套適用于離散型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的、具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán),,達到國內(nèi)先進水平的ERP系統(tǒng)。本文將ERP軟件先進的企業(yè)管理思想、管理方法與信息技術(shù)高度集成。啟明ERP系統(tǒng)采用三層C/S結(jié)構(gòu),以J2EE為支撐平臺進行研究開發(fā)的大型管理軟件,能夠有效分散計算壓力,提高系統(tǒng)效率的同時還增加了與用戶的友好度。數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Oracle關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)作為數(shù)據(jù)管理的數(shù)據(jù)支撐平臺。 本文理論聯(lián)系實際,以啟明ERP系統(tǒng)作為整體背景,對該系統(tǒng)的采購模塊進行細致、深入的研究。從需求分析、詳細設(shè)計和編碼實現(xiàn)等方面進行闡述。首先論述ERP的理論、方法,同時對當(dāng)前ERP在中國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行詳細論述,然后著重理論聯(lián)系實際,以啟明ERP系統(tǒng)為案例,對該系統(tǒng)中的采購模塊進行詳細設(shè)計、需求分析,主要包含:采購申請管理、詢價報價管理、采購訂單管理、發(fā)票管理、框架協(xié)議。然后以采購模塊的詢價/報價子模塊為例,詳細對該模塊進行分析和設(shè)計,最后給出詢價/報價的用例界面展現(xiàn)。在需求分析,詳細設(shè)計階段,對問題進行分解,提取公用部分,形成公共規(guī)則,對于以后的功能拓展和系統(tǒng)維護都有利。在編碼設(shè)計階段,對公共規(guī)則進行統(tǒng)一開發(fā)和維護,使得各模塊間調(diào)用公共規(guī)則進行業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)時可以做到準(zhǔn)確、快速的使用,在后期因業(yè)務(wù)需要修改公共規(guī)則時,減少代碼的維護量,減少代碼的出錯幾率。 本文基于J2EE規(guī)范將其整體架構(gòu),既提供了豐富的行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的模板,同時又對用戶提供構(gòu)建動態(tài)重構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)流程的操作平臺。本文采用ERP軟件為汽車行業(yè)大型企業(yè)集團提供管理信息系統(tǒng)平臺,為中國汽車制造企業(yè)提供理論依據(jù),本文研究的基于先進的管理思想和優(yōu)勢技術(shù)研制的企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和運行平臺,其目標(biāo)是幫助企業(yè)控制整個管理和運作,提高效率和獲利能力,并能夠有效的適應(yīng)企業(yè)未來發(fā)展變化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information industry, all kinds of industries have accelerated the pace of informatization and digitization. The automobile industry of our country is no exception, and is gradually developing into one of the important pillar industries of the national economy. The management of automobile industry in our country has gradually changed from the traditional manpower management mode to the modern information management mode. Qiming ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Management system) is a set of ERP system which is suitable for discrete manufacturing enterprises and has its own intellectual property right and reaches the advanced level in China. In this paper, the advanced enterprise management ideas, management methods and information technology of ERP software are highly integrated. The Qiming ERP system adopts a three-tier C / S structure and a large-scale management software based on J2EE platform, which can effectively disperse the calculation pressure, improve the system efficiency and increase the degree of friendliness with users. Oracle relational database system is used as the data support platform for data management. This paper combines theory with practice, taking the Qiming ERP system as the whole background, carries on the detailed and thorough research to the purchasing module of this system. From the requirements analysis, detailed design and coding implementation and so on. This paper first discusses the theory and method of ERP, at the same time, discusses the current development of ERP in China in detail, and then emphasizes on the combination of theory and practice, taking the Qiming ERP system as an example, designs the purchasing module in detail and analyzes the demand of the procurement module in this system. Mainly include: purchase application management, quotation management, purchase order management, invoice management, framework agreement. Then taking the inquiry / quotation sub-module of the purchasing module as an example, the module is analyzed and designed in detail. Finally, the use case interface of the inquiry / quotation module is presented. In the stage of requirement analysis and detailed design, the problem is decomposed, the common part is extracted, and the common rules are formed, which is beneficial to the later function expansion and system maintenance. In the coding design stage, the common rules are developed and maintained uniformly, so that the common rules can be used accurately and quickly when calling the common rules among the modules, and when the business needs to modify the common rules in the later period, Reduce code maintenance, reduce code error rate. Based on J2EE specification, this paper not only provides a template for rich industry data, but also provides a platform for users to construct dynamic refactoring business process. In this paper, ERP software is used to provide management information system platform for large enterprise groups in automobile industry, and to provide theoretical basis for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises. The development and operation platform of enterprise information system based on advanced management thought and advantage technology is studied in this paper. Its goal is to help the enterprise control the whole management and operation, improve efficiency and profitability. And can effectively adapt to the future development of enterprises.
