【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)逐步采用噴碼機替代人工噴印,以提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,滿足大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的要求,市場對噴碼機的需求越來越大。但與不斷擴大的噴碼機需求局面相比,噴碼機的發(fā)展相對滯后,,國內(nèi)主要依賴進口滿足對噴碼機的需求。開發(fā)更多適合我國實際生產(chǎn)需要和擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的噴碼機,對我國噴印技術(shù)的發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。本論文正是以此為背景,提出了一套大字符噴碼機的設(shè)計方案。 本論文首先介紹了噴碼機的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和未來發(fā)展趨勢,總結(jié)出課題研究的目的和意義,從而確定了本論文主要的研究工作。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大字符噴碼機項目的技術(shù)要求,闡述了大字符噴碼機控制系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,將系統(tǒng)按功能分為電源、人機交互、噴碼控制、清洗控制和油墨壓力控制五個模塊,概述了每個模塊的作用與功能。在完成系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計之后,本文詳細(xì)介紹了主控制器、觸摸屏、編碼器、光電傳感器和壓力傳感器的選型,并完成了主控制器最小系統(tǒng)、電源模塊、墨水清洗液切換控制模塊、氣泵控制模塊、壓力傳感器輸入模塊、噴頭驅(qū)動模塊、按鍵連接、指示燈連接、RS232接口、SD卡接口、觸摸屏接口、JTAG接口、編碼器輸入接口、光電開關(guān)接口的電路設(shè)計,給出了人機交互模塊、噴碼控制模塊、按鍵操作處理和指示燈控制模塊、油墨壓力控制模塊以及待機定時清洗模塊詳細(xì)的軟件設(shè)計流程。最后,完成了整個大字符噴碼機系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試。 本論文設(shè)計的大字符噴碼機具有人性化的、符合中國人習(xí)慣的操作界面,操作簡單易掌握,功能豐富,噴印速度快,滿足了用戶的需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the production enterprises gradually adopt the inkjet printer instead of manual printing to improve the production efficiency and product quality, meet the requirements of large-scale production, and the market demand for the inkjet printer is increasing. However, compared with the expanding demand of inkjet, the development of inkjet is relatively lagging behind, and domestic mainly depends on imports to meet the demand for inkjet. It is of great significance for the development of jet printing technology in China to develop more inkjet printer which is suitable for the actual production needs of our country and has its own intellectual property rights. Based on this background, this paper puts forward a design scheme of large character inkjet printer. This paper first introduces the domestic and international development situation and the future development trend of the inkjet code machine, summarizes the purpose and significance of the research, and determines the main research work of this paper. On this basis, combined with the technical requirements of the large character inkjet printer, the overall design scheme of the control system of the large character inkjet code printer is expounded. The system is divided into power supply, man-machine interaction and inkjet code control according to its function. Cleaning control and ink pressure control five modules, outlined the role and function of each module. After the overall design of the system is completed, the selection of the main controller, touch screen, encoder, photoelectric sensor and pressure sensor is introduced in detail, and the minimum system of the main controller and the power module are completed. Ink cleaning fluid switch control module, air pump control module, pressure sensor input module, nozzle drive module, key connection, indicator lamp connection RS232 interface SD card interface, touch screen interface JTAG interface, encoder input interface, The circuit design of optoelectronic switch interface is given. The detailed software design flow of man-machine interaction module, spray code control module, key operation processing and indicator lamp control module, ink pressure control module and standby timing cleaning module are given. Finally, the debugging of the whole large character inkjet printer system is completed. The large character inkjet printer designed in this paper has humanized and Chinese custom operation interface, simple and easy to master, rich function, fast printing speed, and meets the needs of users.
