建筑電氣設(shè)備一體化控制與BAS控制技術(shù)的比較研究

【摘要】:樓宇自控系統(tǒng)目前有多種,但是在我國真正達到理想控制效果的并不多,主要原因是主流樓控廠商的開放性不強,盡管BACnet標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問世已有19年之久,但距離實現(xiàn)互操作和不同系統(tǒng)間便捷地互聯(lián)互通的目標(biāo)甚遠。近年來我國樓宇自控行業(yè)取得了較快發(fā)展,我國把握發(fā)展機遇,開發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)作為核心競爭力勢在必行。 在建筑設(shè)備一體化控制的研究中,主要對所應(yīng)用到的基礎(chǔ)理論加以歸納總結(jié),主要包括:建筑設(shè)備一體化控制的定義,建筑設(shè)備一體化控制系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),B總線控制原理和特點,PLC梯形圖和LabVIEW編程環(huán)境的融合等。對于一般的BAS,選擇Metasys系統(tǒng)為代表在理論方面做較為深入的研究。 實踐部分:以參與的某文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)意中心和某辦公樓改造項目為例,分別詳細說明兩系統(tǒng)在工程設(shè)計階段,樓宇自控系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控原理圖,系統(tǒng)點表,設(shè)備選型,現(xiàn)場接線圖,編程調(diào)試及上位機監(jiān)控界面的建立等方面的客觀情況,以便于后期對兩個系統(tǒng)做對比研究。 通過兩系統(tǒng)在基本理論,應(yīng)用到的核心技術(shù)和工程實際等方面的對比研究,得出客觀結(jié)論,找出建筑設(shè)備一體化控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點和需要進一步提高的地方。隨著技術(shù)的不斷完善,,建筑設(shè)備一體化控制技術(shù)將會成為一個未來有較好前景的可選方案。 最后對本課題的研究進行總結(jié),并對未來綠色建筑的發(fā)展提出了自己的看法,對建筑設(shè)備一體化控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of building automatic control systems at present, but not many of them have achieved the ideal control effect in our country. The main reason is that the mainstream building control manufacturers are not open enough, even though the BACnet standard has been around for 19 years. However, it is far from the goal of interoperation and convenient interconnection between different systems. In recent years, China's building automation industry has made rapid development. It is imperative for China to seize the opportunity of development and develop the key technology with independent intellectual property as the core competitiveness. In the research of integrated control of construction equipment, the basic theories applied are summarized and summarized, including the definition of integrated control of construction equipment, The architecture of the integrated control system of building equipment is based on the control principle and characteristics of B bus. The integration of the ladder diagram of LabVIEW and the programming environment of LabVIEW and so on. For general basic, Metasys system is chosen as the representative to do more in-depth research in theory. Practice part: take a cultural industry creative center and an office building renovation project as an example, respectively explain in detail the monitoring schematic diagram, system point table, equipment type selection, field wiring diagram of the two systems in the engineering design stage, the building automatic control system. Programming debugging and the establishment of host computer monitoring interface, so as to make a comparative study of the two systems in the later stage. Based on the comparative study of the two systems in basic theory, application of core technology and engineering practice, the objective conclusion is drawn, and the advantages of the integrated control system of construction equipment and the places that need to be further improved are found out. With the continuous improvement of technology, the integrated control technology of construction equipment will be a promising option in the future. Finally, the research of this subject is summarized, and the development of green building in the future is put forward, and the development trend of integrated control technology of building equipment is prospected.
