數(shù)控服裝裁剪機的開發(fā)與空行程優(yōu)化

【摘要】:數(shù)控服裝裁剪機在紡織工業(yè)的自動化進程中占據(jù)著重要的地位,自中國加入WTO之后市場競爭越來越激烈,為了應(yīng)對日趨白熱化的市場競爭以及客戶多變的需求,必須全面調(diào)整國內(nèi)相對落后的裁剪設(shè)備。因此,研發(fā)出具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的高效率、高裁剪質(zhì)量的數(shù)控服裝裁剪機,將有利于加強我國服裝行業(yè)在國際市場中的競爭力。 為了提高數(shù)控服裝裁剪機的裁剪性能和裁剪效率,通過對比國內(nèi)外數(shù)控服裝裁剪系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及路徑優(yōu)化現(xiàn)狀,本文分別從硬件和軟件出發(fā)進行裁剪系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和完善,并就提高裁剪效率方面提出了針對服裝裁片刀具空行程優(yōu)化的智能算法。 在裁剪系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計方面,主要包括對裁剪方式和傳動進給方式的選取以及裁床床身、裁刀刀具結(jié)構(gòu)、伺服控制系統(tǒng)和抽真空系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。 裁剪系統(tǒng)的軟件部分由裁剪系統(tǒng)控制部分的設(shè)計和服裝CAD功能的完善兩個部分組成,主要包括確定了NC嵌入PC的數(shù)控方案,并選配了其中的PC機和運動控制卡,在此基礎(chǔ)上編程實現(xiàn)了控制系統(tǒng)軟件。并且考慮到實際需要,在現(xiàn)有的CAD軟件中添加了PLT文件與PLTCMD文件(控制系統(tǒng)可識別文件)的轉(zhuǎn)化功能,模擬裁剪功能和裁剪過程實時監(jiān)控功能。 在服裝裁剪系統(tǒng)中刀具空行程路徑優(yōu)化問題上,,經(jīng)過研究得出該路徑優(yōu)化問題的特性,并基于此特性進行了數(shù)學(xué)建模。考慮到裁片文件自身存在的問題,為了便于后期算法的進行,研制了裁片的預(yù)處理功能。通過對路徑優(yōu)化問題的研究并結(jié)合對蟻群算法的挖掘提出了密集型多輪廓蟻群算法,后期實驗證明了該算法有效的縮短了空行程,進而提高了裁剪加工效率。 最后介紹了本文所設(shè)計研發(fā)的數(shù)控服裝裁剪系統(tǒng)功能的實現(xiàn)以及整個裁剪系統(tǒng)的加工流程。并總結(jié)了本數(shù)控服裝裁剪系統(tǒng)所取得的科研成果和展望了在未來的服裝裁剪系統(tǒng)研制方面有待進一步提升的幾個方面。
[Abstract]:NC garment cutting machine plays an important role in the automation process of textile industry. Since China's entry into WTO, the market competition has become more and more fierce, in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition and the changing needs of customers. Must adjust the domestic relatively backward cutting equipment. Therefore, the development of high efficiency and high cutting quality CNC garment cutting machine with independent intellectual property rights will help to strengthen the competitiveness of China's garment industry in the international market. In order to improve the cutting performance and cutting efficiency of the NC garment cutting machine, this paper designs and perfects the cutting system from the hardware and software, by comparing the research status and the path optimization status of the CNC garment cutting system at home and abroad. In order to improve the cutting efficiency, an intelligent algorithm for optimizing the blank stroke of garment cutting tools is proposed. In the aspect of hardware design of cutting system, it mainly includes the selection of cutting mode and drive feed mode, the design of cutting bed, cutter structure, servo control system and vacuum pumping system. The software part of the cutting system consists of two parts: the design of the control part of the cutting system and the consummation of clothing CAD function. It mainly includes the determination of NC embedded PC numerical control scheme, and the selection of PC and motion control card. On this basis, the control system software is programmed. Considering the actual needs, the conversion function of PLT file and PLTCMD file (control system recognizable file), simulation clipping function and real-time monitoring function of clipping process are added to the existing CAD software. On the optimization of cutting tool path in garment cutting system, the characteristics of the path optimization problem are obtained, and the mathematical model is built based on this characteristic. Considering the problems of the cutting file itself, the preprocessing function of the slice is developed in order to facilitate the later algorithm. By studying the path optimization problem and combining with the mining of ant colony algorithm, the intensive multi-contour ant colony algorithm is proposed. The later experiments show that the algorithm effectively shortens the empty travel and improves the cutting efficiency. Finally, the function of NC garment cutting system designed and developed in this paper and the processing flow of the whole cutting system are introduced. The research results obtained by the NC garment cutting system are summarized and several aspects that need to be further improved in the future are prospected.
