【摘要】：高速風洞天平是現(xiàn)代高速風洞測力的主力設(shè)備，為了能及時收集更新，動態(tài)顯示天平信息資料狀態(tài)，實現(xiàn)信息共享與搜索，從而使得天平信息更多更好地為氣動事業(yè)做好服務保障功能，特開發(fā)了該天平信息管理系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)是二十世紀六十年代末期在文件管理的基礎(chǔ)上，作為數(shù)據(jù)管理的一項新技術(shù)而登上數(shù)據(jù)處理的這一計算機應用的舞臺，它主要對數(shù)據(jù)進行管理，實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享的一門技術(shù)學科。隨著社會的發(fā)展，，現(xiàn)今數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)結(jié)合網(wǎng)站形式的信息系統(tǒng)在越來越多的政府部門企業(yè)單位廣泛使用，國外某些研究院早已實現(xiàn)了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息自動化管理，并且國內(nèi)外的技術(shù)合作與交流逐步加強，現(xiàn)國內(nèi)已有不少單位實現(xiàn)或者開始著手該方面的開發(fā)與研究。 本論文研究與開發(fā)對象為天平的各種技術(shù)信息，主要內(nèi)容為： 1．詳細收集了一臺天平從設(shè)計前期的技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)、設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計評審、車間加工、天平粘貼、天平校準、風洞使用、歸庫管理等8個方面的各種技術(shù)信息，以備技術(shù)人員分享與使用。 2．詳細收集了我國高速風洞的包括常規(guī)以及各種特殊的天平信息，充分發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)庫方便收集查詢的優(yōu)勢。 3．研究了基于PHP/MySQL的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù)，在此基礎(chǔ)上可以容易的完成動態(tài)網(wǎng)站，建立和查詢輕型數(shù)據(jù)庫。 4．基于PHP/MySQL的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù)，將整個網(wǎng)站的安全進行了有效的配置，從而有效的保障了天平數(shù)據(jù)庫的保密性與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。 5．基于PHP/MySQL的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù)，詳盡的研究了網(wǎng)站模型以及模塊的新建與配置的進程，從而為使用者高效的完成數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)填充打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。 最后對PHP/MySQL技術(shù)在氣動行業(yè)的的廣泛應用做了展望。
[Abstract]:High speed wind tunnel balance is the main force measuring equipment of modern high speed wind tunnel. In order to collect and update in time, dynamically display the information status of balance, realize information sharing and searching. Therefore, the balance information management system is developed. Database technology is the stage of computer application of data processing on the basis of document management in the late 1960s, as a new technology of data management. It mainly manages data. A technical discipline for data sharing. With the development of society, database technology combined with the information system in the form of website is widely used in more and more government departments and enterprises. Some foreign research institutes have already realized the automatic management of related data and information. And the domestic and foreign technical cooperation and exchange strengthens step by step, now the domestic many units already realized or began to start the development and the research in this aspect. The research and development object of this paper is the balance of various technical information, the main content is: 1. The technical information of a balance from 8 aspects, such as technical coordination, design parameters, design evaluation, workshop processing, balance pasting, balance calibration, wind tunnel use, library management, etc., has been collected in detail. Prepare for sharing and use by technicians. 2. In this paper, we collect all kinds of special balance information of high speed wind tunnel in our country, and give full play to the advantage of database to collect and query conveniently. 3. The database development technology based on PHP/MySQL is studied. On this basis, the dynamic website can be easily completed, and the light database can be established and queried. 4. The database development technology based on PHP/MySQL has effectively configured the security of the whole website, thus effectively protecting the confidentiality and intellectual property rights of the balance database. 5. Based on the database development technology of PHP/MySQL, this paper studies the website model and the process of module creation and configuration in detail, so as to lay a solid foundation for the user to complete the database data filling efficiently. Finally, the application of PHP/MySQL technology in pneumatic industry is prospected.
