【摘要】：基于我國(guó)2006—2015年省際面板數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建非線性動(dòng)態(tài)面板門(mén)檻模型,將知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)納入到生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI驅(qū)動(dòng)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)進(jìn)步的研究框架中,探討知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對(duì)各類(lèi)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI影響制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)進(jìn)步的非線性動(dòng)態(tài)門(mén)檻效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)FDI與批發(fā)和零售業(yè)FDI不存在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)門(mén)檻效應(yīng),其余4種生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI存在雙重門(mén)檻效應(yīng);總體上,隨著知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度加強(qiáng),中等強(qiáng)度的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)在4種生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI驅(qū)動(dòng)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)進(jìn)步的作用最為顯著;地區(qū)需基于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度,調(diào)整生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的引資結(jié)構(gòu);多數(shù)未達(dá)最優(yōu)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)區(qū)間的省份,應(yīng)提高保護(hù)水平,少數(shù)保護(hù)過(guò)強(qiáng)的省份,應(yīng)平衡知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度,提高生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)進(jìn)步的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015 in China, a nonlinear dynamic panel threshold model is constructed to incorporate intellectual property protection into the research framework of producer services (FDI) driven manufacturing export technology progress. This paper discusses the nonlinear dynamic threshold effect of intellectual property protection on the technical progress of manufacturing export in various producer services (FDI). The results show that there is no threshold effect of intellectual property protection for FDI and FDI in transportation, storage and post industry, while double threshold effect exists in the other four kinds of producer service FDI, and in general, with the strengthening of intellectual property protection, The moderate intensity of intellectual property protection plays the most important role in the development of manufacturing industry export technology driven by the FDI of four producer services, and the region needs to adjust the structure of attracting investment of producer services based on the intensity of intellectual property protection. Most provinces that do not reach the optimal range of intellectual property rights protection should improve the level of protection, and a few provinces with too strong protection should balance the protection of intellectual property rights and enhance the promotion effect of producer service industry (FDI) on the technological progress of manufacturing exports.
