【摘要】：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已成為當前經濟社會發(fā)展的重要推動力,以促進學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)為導向,實施符合地方高校自身實際情況的知識產權戰(zhàn)略,有利于地方高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的深入發(fā)展。高校既可以許可學生運用其知識產權創(chuàng)業(yè),也可以為學生獲批知識產權創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)造條件。地方高校為實施知識產權戰(zhàn)略的這種轉向,其內部各相關部門必須進行協(xié)調與合作,加強與政府和產業(yè)的協(xié)作,積極探索創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)學院等實施知識產權戰(zhàn)略的新途徑。
[Abstract]:Innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important driving force in the current economic and social development. To promote students' innovative entrepreneurship and implement the intellectual property strategy in line with the actual situation of local colleges and universities is conducive to the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities. Colleges and universities can not only license students to use their intellectual property rights to start their own businesses, but also create conditions for students to be granted intellectual property rights. In order to implement this kind of turning of intellectual property strategy, local colleges and universities must coordinate and cooperate with other relevant departments, strengthen cooperation with government and industry, and actively explore new ways of implementing intellectual property strategy such as innovative and entrepreneurial colleges.
