深水自升式平臺(tái)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)分析與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)隨著深海石油勘探的發(fā)展,海洋工程裝備逐步成為研究的熱點(diǎn)方向。研究深水自升式鉆井平臺(tái),對(duì)于打破國(guó)外技術(shù)壟斷形成具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品,提高我國(guó)深海石油開發(fā)能力、加快發(fā)展海洋工程產(chǎn)業(yè)具有重要意義。本文針對(duì)某型號(hào)桁架腿深水自升式鉆井平臺(tái),重點(diǎn)研究了其整體靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性,并對(duì)自升式鉆井平臺(tái)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,這對(duì)提高自升式平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)水平具有重要意義。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.以有限元法的基本思想和基本概念為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)時(shí)域繞射理論和柔性結(jié)構(gòu)等效非線性系統(tǒng)方程,研究自升式平臺(tái)非線性動(dòng)力分析的方法。采用非線性波浪理論Stokes五階波理論和Morison公式,研究環(huán)境載荷中波浪載荷的計(jì)算方法。 2.針對(duì)桁架腿深水自升式鉆井平臺(tái),運(yùn)用APDL語(yǔ)言建立參數(shù)化幾何模型和有限元模型。通過(guò)有限元分析軟件ANSYS,分別模擬風(fēng)暴自存工況和正常作業(yè)工況下自升式平臺(tái)的工作性能,研究其靜力學(xué)特性。 3.運(yùn)用Block Lanzcos法獲得自升式平臺(tái)的振型和固有頻率,并采用Newmark逐步積分法研究平臺(tái)整體在極端波浪作用下的瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力響應(yīng),計(jì)算其動(dòng)力分析的放大系數(shù)。通過(guò)隨機(jī)振動(dòng)分析,研究了在隨機(jī)波浪載荷作用下,平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)隨機(jī)載荷的動(dòng)力響應(yīng),并按照Steinberg提出的基于高斯分布和Miner線性累積損傷定律區(qū)間法,進(jìn)行隨機(jī)疲勞壽命計(jì)算。 4.研究結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的理論方法:零階方法和一階方法。通過(guò)定義設(shè)計(jì)變量弦桿中心距、弦桿壁厚、水平桿節(jié)距和水平桿壁厚,對(duì)自升式平臺(tái)尺寸和形狀進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得到最優(yōu)化結(jié)果,改善平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu),提高設(shè)計(jì)水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of deep sea oil exploration, marine engineering equipment has gradually become a hot research direction. It is of great significance to study the Deepwater self lifting drilling platform to break the foreign technology monopoly to form products with independent intellectual property rights, improve our deep-sea oil development ability and speed up the development of marine engineering industry. A type of truss leg deepwater jack up drilling platform is used to study its overall static and dynamic characteristics, and to optimize the structure of the jack up drilling platform, which is of great significance for improving the design level of the jack up platform. The main contents of this paper include:
1. based on the basic ideas and basic concepts of the finite element method, the method of nonlinear dynamic analysis of the jack up platform is studied by the time domain diffraction theory and the equivalent nonlinear system equation of the flexible structure. The calculation method of the wave load in the environmental load is studied by using the nonlinear wave theory Stokes five order wave theory and the Morison formula.
2. for the truss leg deepwater jack up drilling platform, the parameterized geometric model and the finite element model are established by using the APDL language. Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the performance of the self lifting platform under the self storage and normal operating conditions of the storm is simulated, and the statics characteristics are studied.
3. the vibration mode and the natural frequency of the jack up platform are obtained by the Block Lanzcos method. The transient dynamic response of the platform under the action of extreme waves is studied by the Newmark stepwise integral method, and the amplification factor of the dynamic analysis is calculated. The random vibration analysis is used to study the random load of the platform structure under the random wave wave load. Dynamic response, and random fatigue life calculation based on Gauss distribution and Miner linear cumulative damage law interval method proposed by Steinberg.
4. the theoretical method of structural optimization is studied: zero order method and first order method. By defining the center distance of string bar, string wall thickness, horizontal bar pitch and horizontal bar thickness, the size and shape of the jack up platform are optimized, the optimization results are obtained, the structure of the platform is improved and the level of the design is raised.
