【摘要】：本論文通過(guò)對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)之間關(guān)系的理論分析,進(jìn)而在認(rèn)真審視全國(guó)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)工作開(kāi)展的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析山西創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,并提出以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新推進(jìn)山西創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)建設(shè)的思考與建議。引言部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹了選題的背景和意義、主要思路和內(nèi)容、研究方法創(chuàng)新之處以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究的學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。第一章首先探討明確了創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)概念界定,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)要素和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新核心地位分析,梳理技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)內(nèi)在關(guān)系。第二章通過(guò)將創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)從較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、健全的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系、穩(wěn)定的技術(shù)研發(fā)投入、專業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人才、強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)、完善的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理六方面進(jìn)行剖析,總結(jié)歸納出創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的價(jià)值。第三章通過(guò)對(duì)山西創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行梳理回顧,對(duì)其現(xiàn)階段的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,提煉總結(jié)出內(nèi)部和外部制約因素。第四章在深入剖析山西省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)制約因素的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)自身和政府兩方面提出可行性建議,以期能對(duì)山西省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些幫助。結(jié)語(yǔ)部分主要回顧山西省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì),特別是創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)發(fā)展,展望創(chuàng)新型(企業(yè))在轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,發(fā)揮其重要作用,能夠引導(dǎo)和帶動(dòng)更多的企業(yè)走自主創(chuàng)新之路,為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型山西提供有力支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between technological innovation and innovative enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the technological innovation ability of Shanxi innovative enterprises on the basis of carefully examining the work of innovative enterprises throughout the country.And puts forward the thought and suggestion of promoting the construction of Shanxi innovative enterprises with technological innovation.The introduction briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the main ideas and contents, the innovation of research methods and the academic trends of the research on technological innovation at home and abroad.In the first chapter, the concept of innovative enterprise is defined. Based on the analysis of the elements of innovative enterprise and the core position of technological innovation, the inherent relationship between technological innovation and innovative enterprise is analyzed.In the second chapter, through the innovation enterprises from a strong sense of technological innovation, a sound technological innovation system, a stable investment in technology research and development, professional technical innovation personnel, strong technology research and development institutions,Perfect intellectual property management six aspects of analysis, summed up the value of innovative enterprises.The third chapter reviews the development of innovative enterprises in Shanxi Province, compares and analyzes the present situation of technological innovation ability, and summarizes the internal and external constraints.On the basis of deeply analyzing the restrictive factors of the innovative enterprises in Shanxi Province, the fourth chapter puts forward some feasible suggestions from the two aspects of the innovation enterprises themselves and the government respectively, in order to provide some help for the development of the innovative enterprises in Shanxi Province.The conclusion mainly reviews the economic and social development of Shanxi Province, especially the development of innovative enterprises, and looks forward to the important strategic opportunity period of transformation and leapfrogging development for innovative enterprises to play an important role.Can guide and drive more enterprises to take the road of independent innovation, for the construction of innovative Shanxi to provide strong support.
