【摘要】：伴隨著計算機技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易成為推動各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一大增長點。計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易具有較強的行業(yè)帶動力和輻射力,成為知識經(jīng)濟時代一個不可或缺的支柱力量。因此研究計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有積極意義。 本文通過對計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際市場占有率指數(shù)(MS指數(shù))、貿(mào)易競爭優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(TC指數(shù))、顯示性競爭優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(CA指數(shù))的測算,并結(jié)合計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易綜合指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示：我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力與世界強國相比處于劣勢地位,但發(fā)展勢頭十分強勁；我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易動態(tài)發(fā)展雖然還不太穩(wěn)定,但就各項指標(biāo)絕對數(shù)值而言,我國仍然呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步上升的態(tài)勢。 在對我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的影響因素的實證分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),信息傳輸、計算機服務(wù)和軟件業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)單位就業(yè)人員數(shù)量和技術(shù)市場成交額對我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口具有積極影響,說明人力資源情況和技術(shù)領(lǐng)域交流情況會影響我國國際競爭力；此外,服務(wù)貿(mào)易中金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易和保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易對我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力也具有積極影響。 最后結(jié)合實證分析,從政府政策和企業(yè)行動兩個角度闡述了增強我國計算機與信息服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的六點對策。政府層面：建議政府首先應(yīng)該加強人才培育,調(diào)整人才結(jié)構(gòu)；其次要完善知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)；最后應(yīng)鼓勵相關(guān)企業(yè)加強與金融以及保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易的合作。企業(yè)層面：建議企業(yè)加強自主創(chuàng)新、樹立民族品牌；勇于抓住機遇、擴大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模；尋求國外合作伙伴、加強學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of computer technology and network technology, trade in computer and information services has become a major growth point to promote the economic development of various countries.The trade of computer and information service has strong driving force and radiation power, and it has become an indispensable pillar force in the era of knowledge economy.Therefore, the study of the international competitiveness of computer and information service trade is of positive significance to the economic development of our country.In this paper, the international market share index of computer and information service trade (MS index), the trade competitive advantage index (TC index) and the indicative competitive advantage index (CA index) are calculated.Combined with the comprehensive index system of computer and information service trade, the results show that the international competitiveness of China's computer and information service trade is in a weak position compared with the world's powerful countries, but the development momentum is very strong;Although the dynamic development of computer and information service trade in China is not very stable, but in terms of absolute values of each index, China is still showing a steady upward trend.In the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's computer and information services trade, it is found that information transmission,The number of employed persons in cities and towns and the turnover of technology market in computer service and software industry have a positive impact on the export of computer and information services in China, which indicates that the situation of human resources and the exchange of technology will affect the international competitiveness of our country.In addition, trade in financial services and insurance services in trade in services also has a positive impact on the international competitiveness of computer and information services trade in China.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, this paper expounds six countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of China's computer and information services trade from the angle of government policy and enterprise action.At the governmental level, it is suggested that the government should first strengthen the cultivation of talents and adjust the structure of talents; secondly, perfect the protection of intellectual property rights; finally, encourage the relevant enterprises to strengthen the cooperation with finance and insurance service trade.Enterprise level: it is suggested that enterprises should strengthen independent innovation, set up national brands, seize opportunities and expand industrial scale, seek foreign partners, and strengthen learning and reference.
