【摘要】：優(yōu)化國家創(chuàng)新指數(shù),有利于我國創(chuàng)新總體水平和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測和有效評估。在國家創(chuàng)新指數(shù)中,技術(shù)應(yīng)用與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的應(yīng)用無疑非常重要。對于科技與文化等成果的保護(hù),知識產(chǎn)權(quán)制度是一項重要的法律制度,它也日漸成為世界各國促進(jìn)科技發(fā)展、加快社會經(jīng)濟進(jìn)步、保護(hù)智力成果與開展國際交流、競爭的有力措施。分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)發(fā)展水平的基礎(chǔ)上,對于創(chuàng)新指數(shù)中技術(shù)應(yīng)用與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的內(nèi)涵及其重要性進(jìn)行分析,并分析創(chuàng)新指數(shù)中技術(shù)應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀與問題進(jìn)行分析,且提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Optimizing the national innovation index is beneficial to the realization of statistical monitoring and effective evaluation of the overall level and development of innovation in China.In the national innovation index, the application of technology and intellectual property is undoubtedly very important.For the protection of scientific, technological and cultural achievements, the intellectual property system is an important legal system, and it is becoming increasingly important for countries all over the world to promote the development of science and technology, speed up social and economic progress, protect intellectual achievements and carry out international exchanges.Competitive measures.On the basis of analyzing the related development level at home and abroad, the connotation and importance of technology application and intellectual property in innovation index are analyzed, and the present situation and problems of technology application in innovation index are analyzed.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
