【摘要】：高校無形資產(chǎn)主要由知識產(chǎn)權(quán)類、政府授權(quán)類、人才隊伍類、人文底蘊類、社會關(guān)系類等組成,目前存在管理意識不強、管理制度不完善、核算尚不規(guī)范、科技轉(zhuǎn)化率低、人才流動損失、部分權(quán)屬不清等癥候。基于此,相應(yīng)地對高校無形資產(chǎn)管理提出:提升管理意識、完善管理制度、規(guī)范核算體系、提高轉(zhuǎn)化效率、完善人才進出規(guī)定、落實法規(guī)與細化條款等策略。
[Abstract]:The intangible assets of colleges and universities are mainly composed of intellectual property rights, government authorization, talents, humanities, social relations, etc. At present, there are not enough management consciousness, imperfect management system, imperfect accounting, low conversion rate of science and technology, etc.Loss of talent flow, part of the ownership is unclear symptoms.Based on this, this paper puts forward the following strategies to the management of intangible assets in colleges and universities: raising the management consciousness, perfecting the management system, standardizing the accounting system, improving the conversion efficiency, perfecting the regulations for the entry and exit of talents, implementing the laws and regulations and refining the clauses, etc.
