汽車(chē)防抱死制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)建模仿真及控制方法的研究

【摘要】:汽車(chē)防抱死制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)(ABS)在汽車(chē)制動(dòng)時(shí),可以自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)車(chē)輪制動(dòng)力,,防止車(chē)輪抱死以取得最佳制動(dòng)效果。它是提高汽車(chē)制動(dòng)的安全性能最先進(jìn)的技術(shù)并且被有效和廣泛的應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)已成為現(xiàn)代汽車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件。由于我國(guó)對(duì)ABS研究較晚,所以我們所擁有的自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品不多。因此,ABS技術(shù)的研究發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,它已成為中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要課題。 本文首先在大量文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了ABS的工作原理、構(gòu)成和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。然后,建立車(chē)輛模型,包括單輪車(chē)輛模型、輪胎模型和制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)模型,在Matlab中進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文分別研究了邏輯門(mén)限值控制法和模糊控制法。邏輯門(mén)限值控制的特點(diǎn)是無(wú)需建立特定系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,根據(jù)ABS的工作原理,利用車(chē)輪加減角速度門(mén)限值和參考滑移率的組合,構(gòu)成控制邏輯,使滑移率在峰值附著系數(shù)附近波動(dòng)。采用Matlab/Simulink仿真環(huán)境,對(duì)不同附著路面下有、無(wú)ABS邏輯門(mén)限值控制的制動(dòng)效果進(jìn)行仿真對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了基于邏輯門(mén)限值的ABS的控制效果:使制動(dòng)減速度增加,制動(dòng)時(shí)間和制動(dòng)距離減小。另外,根據(jù)模糊理論建立了一種簡(jiǎn)單的模糊控制器,并將其應(yīng)用在車(chē)輛的仿真系統(tǒng)中。仿真結(jié)果表明,該模糊控制器應(yīng)用于汽車(chē)ABS系統(tǒng)取得良好的控制效果,且算法簡(jiǎn)單、具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:ABS (Anti-lock braking system) can automatically adjust the braking force of the wheel and prevent the wheel from locking in order to obtain the best braking effect.It is the most advanced technology to improve the safety performance of automobile brake and has been used effectively and widely. It has become the key component of modern automobile braking system.Due to the late study of ABS in China, we have few products of our own intellectual property rights.Therefore, the research and development of ABS technology is of practical significance to China's automobile industry, which has become an important subject in China's automobile industry.This paper first introduces the working principle, composition and development trend of ABS on the basis of a large number of literatures.Then, the vehicle model, including single wheel vehicle model, tire model and braking system model, is established and implemented in Matlab.In this paper, the logic threshold control method and fuzzy control method are studied respectively.The characteristic of logic threshold control is that it is not necessary to establish a mathematical model of a specific system. According to the working principle of ABS, the control logic is constructed by combining the wheel angular velocity threshold and the reference slip ratio.The slip ratio fluctuates near the peak adhesion coefficient.Using Matlab/Simulink simulation environment, the braking effect of ABS free logic threshold control under different attached pavement is compared and analyzed. The results show that the control effect of ABS based on logic threshold value is increased.Braking time and braking distance are reduced.In addition, a simple fuzzy controller based on fuzzy theory is established and applied to vehicle simulation system.The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller has a good control effect in automobile ABS system, and the algorithm is simple and has practical application value.
