基于FAHP的民機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷維修間隔確定技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)維修大綱是維修大綱的重要組成部分,制定結(jié)構(gòu)維修大綱須遵循MSG-3方法的邏輯決斷,通過制定有效的維修間隔和維修方式來(lái)保證飛機(jī)固有的安全性和可靠性。飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷維修間隔的確定是制定結(jié)構(gòu)維修大綱的重要內(nèi)容之一。本文首先分析了飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷的評(píng)定原理,然后介紹了確定結(jié)構(gòu)維修間隔的一般方法并詳細(xì)分析了波音公司和空客公司的矩陣圖法。由于結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷的評(píng)定是一個(gè)涉及到多因素評(píng)價(jià)的過程,且評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的評(píng)級(jí)又具有模糊性,所以本文提出了一種模糊數(shù)學(xué)和層次分析法相結(jié)合的評(píng)價(jià)模型,即飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷模糊層次綜合評(píng)判模型。在建模過程中采用模糊綜合評(píng)判法,借助于粗糙集理論中屬性重要度的知識(shí)求解權(quán)重集,然后通過模糊綜合評(píng)判得到結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷總等級(jí),進(jìn)而根據(jù)等級(jí)間隔對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系來(lái)確定維修間隔。然后對(duì)以飛機(jī)重要結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目為例進(jìn)行分析,以檢驗(yàn)該方法的有效性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一套飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷輔助分析軟件系統(tǒng)。本文提出的飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境損傷模糊層次綜合評(píng)判模型,經(jīng)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證可行,F(xiàn)階段我國(guó)正在研制擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的民用客機(jī),因此本文所做內(nèi)容可以為工程人員確定維修間隔以及制定民機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)維修大綱提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The maintenance outline of aircraft structure is an important part of the maintenance outline. It is necessary to follow the logic decision of MSG-3 method to make the outline of structural maintenance, and to ensure the inherent safety and reliability of aircraft by making effective maintenance interval and maintenance method.The determination of the maintenance interval of aircraft structure environmental damage is one of the important contents in formulating the structural maintenance outline.In this paper, the principle of environmental damage assessment of aircraft structure is analyzed, then the general method of determining the interval of structural maintenance is introduced, and the matrix diagram method of Boeing and Airbus is analyzed in detail.Because the assessment of structural environmental damage is a process involving multi-factor evaluation and the evaluation index is fuzzy, this paper presents an evaluation model which combines fuzzy mathematics with AHP.That is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of aircraft structure environment damage.In the process of modeling, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to solve the weight set by virtue of the knowledge of attribute importance in rough set theory, and then the total grade of structural environmental damage is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Furthermore, the maintenance interval is determined according to the corresponding relation of grade interval.Then the paper analyzes the important structural items of aircraft to verify the effectiveness of the method.On this basis, a software system of aircraft structure environmental damage analysis is designed and developed.In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of aircraft structure environmental damage is presented, which is proved to be feasible by an example.At present, China is developing a civil airliner with independent intellectual property rights, so the contents of this paper can be used as a reference for engineers to determine the maintenance interval and to formulate a civil aircraft structural maintenance outline.
