【摘要】：中美雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作持續(xù)擴(kuò)大、中國對(duì)美投資逐步顯現(xiàn)后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)、雙邊投資協(xié)定談判進(jìn)展順利、中美持續(xù)深化地方層級(jí)的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、中美在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域治理上合作日益增多,是新時(shí)期中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),中美經(jīng)貿(mào)合作也遇到了美國貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義、中美雙方在投資環(huán)境存有問題、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)上沖突加劇、規(guī)則之爭(zhēng)等問題。從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來看,中國改革開放的既定國策是基調(diào)、中美政治關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定是前提、中美經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性是內(nèi)生動(dòng)力、經(jīng)貿(mào)協(xié)商機(jī)制是發(fā)展保障,中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展是主流,沖突只是發(fā)展中需要解決的問題。
[Abstract]:Bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and the United States has continued to expand, China's investment in the United States has gradually shown a late-development advantage, bilateral investment treaty negotiations are progressing smoothly, China and the United States continue to deepen economic and trade cooperation at the local level, and Sino-US cooperation in global economic governance is increasing day by day. This is the characteristic of Sino-US economic and trade relations in the new period. At the same time, Sino-US economic and trade cooperation has also encountered problems such as US trade protectionism, problems in the investment environment between China and the United States, intensified conflicts over intellectual property rights, and disputes over rules. In the long run, The established national policy of China's reform and opening up is the keynote, the stability of Sino-US political relations is the prerequisite, the economic complementarity between China and the United States is the endogenous motive force, the economic and trade consultation mechanism is the guarantee of development, and the development of Sino-US economic and trade relations is the mainstream. Conflict is only a problem to be solved in development.
