【摘要】:隨著石油鉆探技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)日益重要。動(dòng)態(tài)指向旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井代表著高精度導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)發(fā)展方向,以其井眼結(jié)構(gòu)好、井眼軌跡控制精度高等特點(diǎn)備受關(guān)注。國外知名油服公司已經(jīng)具備旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井服務(wù)能力,但是對(duì)中國市場只提供昂貴的鉆井技術(shù)服務(wù)并不銷售產(chǎn)品。因此,研究具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井系統(tǒng),可以打破國外技術(shù)壟斷,縮短國內(nèi)外在導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)方面的差距,具有重要意義。本文針對(duì)兩套動(dòng)態(tài)指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井模型,開展旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井理論探討和控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作,為國產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井系統(tǒng)的研制奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文研究工作如下:1.綜合分析旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從不同角度對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析比較。2.介紹國外幾種典型旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井系統(tǒng)的工作原理,分析雙偏心圓環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)原理,給出結(jié)構(gòu)彎角與內(nèi)偏心環(huán)旋轉(zhuǎn)角度之間的理論關(guān)系。結(jié)合角位置控制中存在的角度突變問題,提出了一種實(shí)用的角度映射方案。3.分析第一代旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向模型的工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了該模型控制系統(tǒng)。4.基于第二代旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井模型,設(shè)計(jì)傳感器測量方案并進(jìn)行測試,進(jìn)行了電機(jī)選型與執(zhí)行器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試等工作。5.基于第二代旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井模型,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了重力工具面角雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行測試,測試結(jié)果滿足第二代模型導(dǎo)向鉆井功能的要求,為下一步工作奠定了良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of petroleum drilling technology, rotary steering drilling technology is becoming more and more important. Dynamic directional rotary steering drilling represents the development direction of high precision steering drilling technology, and its hole structure is good. The high precision of borehole trajectory control has attracted much attention. Foreign well-known oil clothing companies already have the capability of rotary steering drilling, but they only provide expensive drilling technology services to the Chinese market and do not sell products. The research on directional rotary steering drilling system with independent intellectual property rights can break the monopoly of foreign technology and shorten the gap in guiding drilling technology at home and abroad. This paper aims at two sets of dynamic directional rotary steering drilling models, and develops the research of rotary steering drilling theory and the design of control system. It lays a foundation for the development of domestic dynamic directional rotary steering drilling system. The research work in this paper is as follows: 1. A comprehensive analysis of the development of rotary steering drilling technology at home and abroad, This paper analyzes and compares the rotary steering drilling technology from different angles. 2. Introduces the working principles of several typical rotary steering drilling systems abroad, and analyzes the regulating principle of the double eccentric ring regulating mechanism. The theoretical relationship between the angle of the structure bend and the rotation angle of the inner eccentricity ring is given. A practical angle mapping scheme. 3. The working principle of the first generation rotation guide model is analyzed. Based on the second generation rotary steering drilling model, the sensor measurement scheme is designed and tested, and the motor selection and actuator structure design are carried out. Based on the second generation rotary steering drilling model, a double closed loop control system for gravity tool face angle is designed and tested. The test results meet the requirements of the second generation model steering drilling function. For the next work laid a good foundation.
