【摘要】:2015年以來,我國移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速發(fā)展,電商、團(tuán)購、旅游、支付及網(wǎng)絡(luò)約車五大類移動(dòng)消費(fèi)旺盛,不同年齡段、不同消費(fèi)能力和不同學(xué)歷的移動(dòng)用戶其使用行為各具特點(diǎn)。從當(dāng)前情況來看,移動(dòng)消費(fèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善,移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全問題突出,文化和娛樂消費(fèi)較少,老年群體移動(dòng)市場(chǎng)開發(fā)不足。未來,移動(dòng)消費(fèi)將成為線上消費(fèi)的主要渠道,移動(dòng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)將主導(dǎo)"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+",社交、娛樂將提升移動(dòng)消費(fèi)體驗(yàn),個(gè)性化消費(fèi)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)移動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)細(xì)分,移動(dòng)支付和即時(shí)位置共享將引導(dǎo)線上線下消費(fèi)融合。為了加快移動(dòng)消費(fèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管,規(guī)范信用消費(fèi)市場(chǎng);推動(dòng)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提速降費(fèi),擴(kuò)大免費(fèi)Wi-Fi的覆蓋范圍;加快信息安全和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)立法;加強(qiáng)移動(dòng)消費(fèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)監(jiān)測(cè);繼續(xù)加大對(duì)移動(dòng)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)性創(chuàng)新的支持力度;積極引導(dǎo)合理消費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, China's mobile network has developed rapidly, with five major categories of mobile consumption, such as e-commerce, group buying, tourism, payment and Internet ride-hailing, which are booming at different ages. Mobile users with different consumption abilities and different academic qualifications have different characteristics of their use behavior. From the current situation, the construction of mobile consumption infrastructure is not perfect, the problems of mobile network information security are prominent, and the consumption of culture and entertainment is relatively low. The mobile market for the elderly is underdeveloped. In the future, mobile consumption will become the main channel for online consumption, mobile and the Internet of things will dominate the "Internet", and social and entertainment will enhance the mobile consumption experience. Personalized consumption further promotes mobile industry segmentation, mobile payment and real-time location sharing will lead to the integration of online and offline consumption. In order to speed up the development of mobile consumer industry, we should strengthen Internet financial supervision and standardize the credit consumption market. Promote the mobile network to increase fees and reduce fees, expand the coverage of free Wi-Fi; accelerate information security and intellectual property protection legislation; strengthen mobile consumption statistics monitoring; continue to increase support for basic innovation of mobile technology; Actively guide rational consumption.
