【摘要】：少數(shù)民族運(yùn)動(dòng)作為特色文化的構(gòu)成部分,是我國(guó)乃至世界非物質(zhì)文化保護(hù)的對(duì)象之一,其特色數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建設(shè)具有非物質(zhì)文化保護(hù)、特色運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展、民族特色保留、體育娛樂與體驗(yàn)等現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。文章從少數(shù)民族運(yùn)動(dòng)特色數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)研究與實(shí)踐情況出發(fā),重點(diǎn)闡述了少數(shù)民族運(yùn)動(dòng)特色數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的戰(zhàn)略定位與規(guī)劃、特色資源的組織與RDF描述、"知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)+訪問權(quán)限"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避等內(nèi)容,以期為處于起步階段的少數(shù)民族運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a component of characteristic culture, minority movement is one of the objects of intangible culture protection in our country and even the world. The construction of its characteristic database has the following characteristics: intangible culture protection, characteristic movement development, national characteristic preservation, etc. Based on the research and practice of the database of ethnic sports characteristics, this paper focuses on the strategic orientation and planning of the database of ethnic minority sports characteristics. The organization of characteristic resources and the description of RDF, the risk aversion of "intellectual property right of access", etc., in order to provide some reference value for the construction of database of ethnic minority movement in the initial stage.
