【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后世界各國科技發(fā)展迅猛,科技進(jìn)步飛快,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、管理一體化,科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展趨勢日漸顯現(xiàn)。而科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展均離不開技術(shù)的支持與創(chuàng)新發(fā)明,離不開知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題�；诖�,本文從教學(xué)角度出發(fā),首先指出高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法教學(xué)中存在的問題,然后提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)對策,旨在加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the development trend of science and technology in various countries in the world has been rapid, and the economic globalization, the integration of management and the industrialization of science and technology are becoming more and more obvious. However, the development of science and technology, economy and industry can not be separated from the support of technology and innovation and invention. Based on this, this paper points out the problems existing in the teaching of intellectual property law in colleges and universities, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures in order to strengthen the cultivation of intellectual property law talents.
