【摘要】：本文為了研究中國(guó)西部地區(qū)社會(huì)資本對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,論文首先回顧了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)資本理論內(nèi)涵的前人研究成果,分析了OECD知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)衡量指標(biāo)體系,區(qū)分了狹義和廣義的社會(huì)資本,提出了廣義社會(huì)資本不僅包括狹義社會(huì)資本的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)維度之外,廣義社會(huì)資本還包括另外兩個(gè)維度,即：文化共享和制度規(guī)范,并創(chuàng)造性的提出了區(qū)域社會(huì)資本衡量三維體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文分析了西部地區(qū)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)資本發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與機(jī)遇。為進(jìn)一步探索社會(huì)資本對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響機(jī)制,本文提出假設(shè)并采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程的方法,對(duì)此進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 文章通過(guò)社會(huì)資本對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,得出了以下結(jié)論：社會(huì)資本三維度對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展均有正向促進(jìn)作用。在直接效應(yīng)上,制度規(guī)范對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響效應(yīng)最為強(qiáng)烈,其原因是制度規(guī)范直接作用于創(chuàng)新主體,為創(chuàng)新主體提供一個(gè)有效的激勵(lì)結(jié)構(gòu)和穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行機(jī)制；文化共享的直接效應(yīng)次之,但文化共享還通過(guò)影響社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和制度規(guī)范間接作用于知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì),使其在三個(gè)因子中對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展總效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)最大；社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)也有較強(qiáng)影響,其原因是社會(huì)信任作為長(zhǎng)期積淀下來(lái)的非正式契約,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)和區(qū)域知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新和擴(kuò)散。 本文最后提出了提升中國(guó)西部地區(qū)社會(huì)資本的對(duì)策建議,認(rèn)為西部地區(qū)為提高知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力,應(yīng)強(qiáng)化其非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,即社會(huì)資本三維度的培育。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)社會(huì)組織、團(tuán)體的投入,鼓勵(lì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研的溝通交流,以促進(jìn)緊密的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成；優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)與引進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)文化共享軟環(huán)境的提升；完善相關(guān)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度,加大孕育知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of social capital on the development of knowledge economy in western China, this paper first reviews the previous research results of the theoretical connotation of knowledge economy and social capital, and analyzes the OECD knowledge economy measurement index system. This paper distinguishes the social capital in the narrow sense and the broad sense, and puts forward that the broad social capital not only includes the social network dimension of the narrow social capital, but also includes the other two dimensions, that is, cultural sharing and institutional norms. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the present situation and opportunity of the development of knowledge economy and social capital in the western region, in order to further explore the influence mechanism of social capital on the development of knowledge economy. In this paper, the hypothesis is proposed and the structural equation method is used to make an empirical analysis. Based on the structural equation model of the influence of social capital on the development of knowledge economy, this paper draws the following conclusions: the three-dimensional degree of social capital has a positive effect on the development of knowledge economy. The influence of institutional norms on knowledge economy is most intense, which is due to the direct effect of institutional norms on the innovation subject, which provides an effective incentive structure and a stable operating mechanism for the innovation subject, followed by the direct effect of cultural sharing. However, cultural sharing also exerts indirect effects on knowledge economy through influencing social network and institutional norms, making it contribute most to the total effect of knowledge economy development in three factors, and social network also has strong influence on knowledge economy. The reason is that social trust, as a long-term accumulation of informal contracts, promotes innovation and diffusion of enterprise and regional knowledge. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social capital in the western region of China. In order to improve the ability of the development of knowledge economy, the non-economic factors, that is, the cultivation of the three-dimensional degree of social capital, should be strengthened in the western region, and the social organization should be strengthened. The investment of the group encourages the communication and exchange between industry, university and research to promote the formation of close social network; to optimize the strategy of talent training and introduction, to promote the promotion of the soft environment of cultural sharing; and to improve the relevant intellectual property protection system, We will increase the construction of a knowledge-based economic environment.
