【摘要】:在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,隨著企業(yè)所處商業(yè)環(huán)境的的不斷變化,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形式也在發(fā)生變化。越來(lái)越多的管理者意識(shí)到,商業(yè)模式正逐漸成為企業(yè)取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵。正如管理學(xué)家彼得·德魯克(Peter F.Drucker)所言,“當(dāng)今企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),不是產(chǎn)品之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是商業(yè)模式之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”。商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新有利于為企業(yè)構(gòu)筑競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),這與價(jià)值鏈的主張不謀而合,從而引導(dǎo)我們從價(jià)值鏈的視角來(lái)探討商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。本文先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)商業(yè)模式的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上從價(jià)值鏈的視角出發(fā)確定了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容——基于價(jià)值鏈主導(dǎo)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究。分析了在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的內(nèi)容以及企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的構(gòu)成。在分析了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)價(jià)值鏈主導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的應(yīng)用狀況、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)價(jià)值鏈主導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的路徑進(jìn)行了探索,分別從客戶服務(wù)能力、生產(chǎn)組織能力、資源整合能力、持續(xù)發(fā)展能力四個(gè)方面出發(fā)構(gòu)建了價(jià)值鏈主導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式的評(píng)價(jià)體系,選取了青島紅領(lǐng)集團(tuán)為案例,通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了分析,最后分別從依據(jù)市場(chǎng)變化為企業(yè)發(fā)展精準(zhǔn)定位、發(fā)掘創(chuàng)新需求提高企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力、推動(dòng)兩化深度融合構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐平臺(tái)、建立資源共享與交流機(jī)制、重組與優(yōu)化企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈、加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的重視程度6個(gè)方面闡述了價(jià)值鏈主導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的推進(jìn)措施。通過(guò)本文的研究,筆者認(rèn)為,價(jià)值鏈與商業(yè)模式作為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的邏輯,都有助于為企業(yè)構(gòu)筑競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),從價(jià)值鏈的視角出發(fā)分析商業(yè)模式的途徑有多種。因此,對(duì)于商業(yè)模式的構(gòu)建要從多角度分析,價(jià)值鏈視角為企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提供了有效的分析工具,能夠幫助企業(yè)的管理者在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下審時(shí)度勢(shì),引領(lǐng)企業(yè)取得更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the new economic conditions, as the business environment in which enterprises are constantly changing, the competitive forms of enterprises are also changing. More and more managers realize that, Business models are becoming the key to a competitive advantage. As Peter F. Drucker, a management scientist, puts it, "the competition between companies today is not competition between products. It is competition between business models. "the innovation of business models is conducive to building competitive advantages for enterprises, which coincides with the idea of the value chain. In order to guide us from the perspective of the value chain to explore business model innovation. On this basis, the content of this paper is determined from the perspective of value chain, which is the innovation research of business model based on value chain. The content of enterprise value chain and the business model of enterprise under the new economic conditions are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the relevant theories of business model innovation, This paper summarizes the application of value chain leading business model innovation, the influence of Internet on business model innovation, and explores the path of value chain leading business model innovation, respectively from customer service ability and production organization ability. The evaluation system of value chain leading business model is constructed from four aspects of resource integration ability and sustainable development ability. The Qingdao Red Collar Group is selected as a case, and its business model is analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, according to the market changes for the precise positioning of enterprise development, explore the need for innovation to improve the ability of independent innovation, promote the deep integration of the two to build a network support platform, and establish a resource sharing and exchange mechanism, This paper expounds the promotion measures of the innovation of the leading business model of the value chain from six aspects: reorganizing and optimizing the internal value chain of the enterprise and strengthening the degree of attention to the protection of intellectual property rights. Through the research of this paper, the author thinks that, As the logic of creating value, both value chain and business model are helpful to build competitive advantage for enterprises. There are many ways to analyze business model from the perspective of value chain. The perspective of value chain provides an effective analytical tool for the innovation of business model, which can help the managers of enterprises to judge the situation in the new economic environment and lead the enterprises to achieve better development.
