【摘要】：整合創(chuàng)新資源、分散創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高創(chuàng)新績效是企業(yè)間愿意主動合作、形成創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟的本意。但在創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟成員知識共享、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中，資源投入機(jī)制不健全、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制不完善、利益分配機(jī)制不完備等問題頻頻出現(xiàn)，障礙了聯(lián)盟作用的有效發(fā)揮。而其中由知識產(chǎn)權(quán)引發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題，由于既涉及到聯(lián)盟企業(yè)的核心資源，又關(guān)系到聯(lián)盟合作的收益大小和利益分配，更成為多數(shù)聯(lián)盟既難以解決、又回避不掉的難點(diǎn)所在。因此，研究聯(lián)盟知識共享過程中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新績效的影響機(jī)制，具有積極的實(shí)踐意義。 研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)多數(shù)參與聯(lián)盟的企業(yè)既競爭又合作。盟員之所以合作，是因?yàn)槊總�企業(yè)都缺少創(chuàng)新所需的全部資源，或者為了快速研發(fā)產(chǎn)品在市場中獲得競爭優(yōu)勢。然而，往往合作的企業(yè)在市場中又是競爭對手，他們想通過合作免費(fèi)獲取其他企業(yè)的核心資源，進(jìn)而自主研發(fā)，打擊競爭對手。本研究從聯(lián)盟成員競合動機(jī)的角度出發(fā)，研究競合動機(jī)對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系有何影響。 本研究關(guān)注創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟技術(shù)共享過程中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對聯(lián)盟績效的抑制作用以及盟員競合動機(jī)對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與聯(lián)盟績效關(guān)系的積極調(diào)節(jié)作用，并通過對盟員獲得績效的中介效應(yīng)分析，剖析了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對創(chuàng)新績效影響的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。本文基于資源基礎(chǔ)論和知識共享理論，建立了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對聯(lián)盟績效影響的理論模型，并以300家參與合作創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)為樣本，運(yùn)用Lisrel結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對其進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。 本研究的主要工作及其結(jié)論可歸納為以下幾個方面： （1）突破從法學(xué)角度對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究，本文從管理學(xué)角度研究了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟成員在知識、技術(shù)共享與創(chuàng)新的過程中，容易面臨知識產(chǎn)權(quán)被合作伙伴竊取、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的無意流失、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)投入不完全、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)有投入無回報(bào)、新知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬不明晰等知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此，盟員在知識共享過程中，聯(lián)盟面臨的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 （2）本研究突破了對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)先期研究中局限于其與創(chuàng)新績效之間的簡單負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系分析，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)盟員獲得績效在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系間發(fā)揮著中介效應(yīng)，，深化了對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響創(chuàng)新績效的內(nèi)在機(jī)理研究。結(jié)論認(rèn)為，聯(lián)盟中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的存在通過降低盟員的獲得績效，從而削弱了聯(lián)盟整體的創(chuàng)新績效。 （3）研究發(fā)現(xiàn)盟員合作過程中既分享又保護(hù)自身的核心知識，既合作創(chuàng)新又通過競爭獲取競爭優(yōu)勢，即合作伙伴之間存在競合博弈，本研究在此基礎(chǔ)上深入探討了聯(lián)盟這一復(fù)雜組織中競爭與合作的博弈對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了盟員競合動機(jī)對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和聯(lián)盟績效之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。實(shí)證表明，聯(lián)盟成員競合動機(jī)越強(qiáng)，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新績效的影響越小。 本研究上述得出的重要結(jié)論對我國創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟在運(yùn)行過程中面臨知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題具有重要指導(dǎo)意義，對參與聯(lián)盟的企業(yè)在合作創(chuàng)新過程中有重要的管理啟示，但在研究過程中仍存在一些不足之處，如未曾對創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步細(xì)分、對獲取的數(shù)據(jù)并非縱向追蹤的面板數(shù)據(jù)等，在之后研究中將進(jìn)行完善。
[Abstract]:The integration of innovative resources, decentralized innovation risk, improve innovation performance is willing to take the initiative and cooperation between enterprises, the formation of innovation alliance intention. But sharing in members of knowledge innovation alliance, in the process of technological innovation, resource investment mechanism is not perfect, risk management mechanism is not perfect, the interest distribution mechanism is not complete and other problems appeared frequently, obstacles effectively the role of alliance. The problems caused by the risk of intellectual property, because it not only involves to the core resources of enterprise alliance, and related to the size of the alliance income and distribution of interests, become the majority alliance both difficult to resolve, and avoid the difficulty lies off. Therefore, the influence mechanism of intellectual property risk in knowledge sharing process the alliance innovation performance, has a positive practical significance.
The study found that the majority of enterprises involved in the alliance of both competition and cooperation. The cooperation partner, because each enterprise lack all the resources needed for innovation, rapid product development or in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market. However, often the cooperation of enterprises in the market and competitors, the core resources they want to get free of other enterprises through cooperation, and independent research and development, against competitors. This study from the perspective of alliance members competing motivation, motivation of concurrence of the impact on the relationship between intellectual property risk and innovation performance.
This research focuses on the technology innovation alliance sharing of intellectual property risk in the process of inhibitory effect on alliance performance and federate concurrence motivation moderating effect on the relationship between intellectual property risk and alliance performance, and through the analysis of the mediating effect of performance of enterprise, analyze the internal mechanism of intellectual property risk influence on innovation performance. The resource based theory and based on the knowledge sharing theory, a theoretical model of intellectual property risk influence on alliance performance, and to 300 in cooperative innovation of enterprises as samples, using Lisrel structural equation model for empirical research on it.
The main work of this study and its conclusions can be summed up in the following aspects:
(1) breakthrough research on intellectual property risk from the perspective of law, this article from the perspective of management of intellectual property risk. In the process of knowledge innovation alliance, technology sharing and innovation, intellectual property rights are vulnerable to steal intellectual property partner, unintentional loss, intellectual property investment is not complete, intellectual property investment no return, the new intellectual property ownership is not clear, the risk of intellectual property rights. Therefore, members in the knowledge sharing process, intellectual property risks facing the Alliance came into being.
(2) the study breaks through the analysis of the simple negative correlation between intellectual property risk pilot study is limited to between it and the innovation performance, the study found that members gain performance plays a mediating effect on the relationship between intellectual property risk and alliance innovation performance, the deepening of the intellectual property risk influence innovation performance research on the intrinsic mechanism. Conclusion that intellectual property risk exists in the alliance members obtained by reducing the performance, thus weakening the innovation performance of the alliance as a whole.
(3) the study found that in the process of cooperation and sharing partners to protect the core knowledge itself, both cooperation and innovation through competition and gain competitive advantage, namely the competitive game between the partners, on the basis of in-depth study of the influence of the game competition and cooperation in this complex organization in the alliance of intellectual property risk, research found moderating effects on the relationship between members competing motivation of intellectual property risk and alliance performance. The empirical results show that the alliance members competing stronger motivation influence of intellectual property risk to the alliance innovation performance is small.
The conclusion above has important guiding significance to our country's innovation alliance risk of intellectual property rights in the operation process of enterprises involved in the alliance management has important enlightenment in the process of cooperation innovation, but there are still some deficiencies in the research process, such as no further subdivision of the innovation alliance, to obtain the data are not longitudinal panel data, research, after the improvement.
