【摘要】：蔬菜專業(yè)合作社是新時期農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的一種重要組成形式。通過蔬菜專業(yè)合作社可以使分散的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)�；�、產(chǎn)業(yè)化方向轉(zhuǎn)變。壽光市歷來有“中國蔬菜之都”的美譽。經(jīng)過近年來不斷的發(fā)展，不斷擴大其蔬菜生產(chǎn)區(qū)域優(yōu)勢，大力發(fā)展蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)，并逐漸引領(lǐng)中國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向。蔬菜生產(chǎn)作為壽光市農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，在改善農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟，增加農(nóng)民收入，推進新農(nóng)村建設(shè)方面做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，特別是在政府的大力倡導(dǎo)和扶持下發(fā)展蔬菜專業(yè)合作社，壽光市的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)有了空前的發(fā)展，取得了令人矚目的成績，“壽光市模式”也因此而名聲遠(yuǎn)揚。 本文作者在借鑒國外蔬菜專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展成功經(jīng)驗和調(diào)查、詢問、分析壽光市蔬菜專業(yè)合作社成立和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，詳述了壽光市蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的類型、特點、經(jīng)營模式、績效和目前的存在的問題，，并重點研究了目前壽光市蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的主要經(jīng)營模式：龍頭企業(yè)帶動型、能人大戶創(chuàng)辦型、農(nóng)村支部促進型、特色產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)型、農(nóng)超對接模式。 從蔬菜專業(yè)合作社健康、有序發(fā)展的角度，分析比較其各種經(jīng)營模式的優(yōu)劣，針對存在的不足，從政府、農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民三面提出改進和完善的措施。政府應(yīng)該加強對蔬菜專業(yè)合作社的宣傳和引導(dǎo)，加大資金扶持力度，健全土地流轉(zhuǎn)機制，鼓勵更多的農(nóng)戶加入蔬菜專業(yè)合作社。實施科技興農(nóng)政策，引進科技人才，創(chuàng)建“地校企”合作模式，開展科研項目，研發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新品種，提高蔬菜專業(yè)合作社自身的市場競爭力。加強農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)人員的培訓(xùn)力度，定期開展培訓(xùn)班，普及專業(yè)知識，提高農(nóng)民的綜合素質(zhì)，促進合作社持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Vegetable cooperatives are an important form of farmers' cooperatives in the new era, through which the decentralized agricultural production system can be standardized and large-scale. Shouguang City has always enjoyed the reputation of "the vegetable capital of China." after continuous development in recent years, Shouguang has continuously expanded its regional advantages in vegetable production and vigorously developed its vegetable industry. Vegetable production, as the pillar industry of Shouguang's agricultural economic development, has made great contributions to improving the rural economy, increasing farmers' income and promoting the construction of new rural areas. Especially under the government's vigorous advocacy and support to develop vegetable professional cooperatives, Shouguang vegetable industry has an unprecedented development, has made remarkable achievements, "Shouguang City Model" is also famous for this. Based on the successful experience and investigation of foreign vegetable cooperatives, the author analyses the establishment and development of vegetable cooperatives in Shouguang city, and describes in detail the types, characteristics and management models of vegetable cooperatives in Shouguang City. Performance and existing problems, and focus on the main business models of Shouguang vegetable professional cooperatives: leading enterprises, the establishment of large number of people, rural branch promotion, characteristic industry leading, agricultural super docking mode. From the perspective of healthy and orderly development of specialized vegetable cooperatives, this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of their various business models, aiming at the existing shortcomings, from the perspective of the government and agriculture, The government should strengthen the propaganda and guidance to the vegetable professional cooperatives, increase the financial support, and improve the land circulation mechanism. To encourage more farmers to join vegetable cooperatives, implement the policy of revitalizing agriculture through science and technology, introduce scientific and technological personnel, establish a cooperative model of "local schools and enterprises", carry out scientific research projects, and develop new varieties with independent intellectual property rights. To improve the market competitiveness of vegetable cooperatives, to strengthen the training of agricultural employees, to carry out regular training courses, to popularize professional knowledge, to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers, and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of cooperatives.
