【摘要】：世界一體化促進(jìn)了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)更深層次的聯(lián)系，但同時(shí)卻給中國(guó)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了全球市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力作為企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的體現(xiàn)，，已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。企業(yè)的發(fā)展，規(guī)模和研發(fā)活動(dòng)強(qiáng)度直接反映了企業(yè)的軟實(shí)力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。江西省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省，農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)在夯實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、增加農(nóng)民收入與發(fā)展本省經(jīng)濟(jì)中起到不可替代的作用。2013年中央一號(hào)文件指出：加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，創(chuàng)建農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范基地，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展。 本文在借鑒其他學(xué)者現(xiàn)有的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上，提出了農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)研發(fā)強(qiáng)度影響因素的相關(guān)研究假設(shè)，并建立多元有序回歸模型，選取了江西省191家農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象，針對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新政策，企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素與企業(yè)外部因素3方面對(duì)企業(yè)研發(fā)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。通過(guò)建立多元有序logistic回歸模型得出結(jié)論：專利保護(hù)政策、企業(yè)技術(shù)能力、企業(yè)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特征以及行業(yè)市場(chǎng)變化等因素對(duì)江西省農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)研發(fā)強(qiáng)度顯示正相關(guān)顯著影響；政府采購(gòu)政策，企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好以及行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平等因素對(duì)江西省農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)研發(fā)強(qiáng)度顯示負(fù)相關(guān)顯著影響。最后，本文根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果，針對(duì)性的提出了促進(jìn)和鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)提高研發(fā)強(qiáng)度的若干意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:The integration of the world promotes the deeper connection between the Chinese economy and the world economy, but at the same time, it brings the competitive pressure of the global market to the Chinese enterprises, and the technological innovation ability is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of the enterprises. It has become a key factor in the development of enterprises. The development, scale and intensity of R & D activities of enterprises directly reflect the soft power and core competitiveness of enterprises. Increasing farmers' income and developing the economy of the province play an irreplaceable role. In 2013, the first document of the Central Committee pointed out: strengthen the construction of agricultural scientific and technological innovation capacity and intellectual property protection, and establish a demonstration base for agricultural industrialization. To promote the cluster development of agricultural leading enterprises. Based on the existing research results of other scholars, this paper puts forward the related research hypotheses of the factors affecting the R & D intensity of agricultural leading enterprises, and establishes a multivariate ordered regression model. 191 leading agricultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research object, and the technological innovation policy was aimed at. The empirical study on the R & D intensity of enterprises is carried out from three aspects of internal factors and external factors. The conclusion is drawn by establishing a multivariate ordered logistic regression model: patent protection policy, enterprise technical capability, and so on. Factors such as the technical characteristics of enterprise products and the changes in industry market have a significant positive correlation with the R & D intensity of leading agricultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province. The risk preference and the level of industry competition have a negative correlation to the R & D intensity of the leading agricultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province. Finally, according to the empirical results, Some suggestions are put forward to promote and encourage enterprises to improve R & D intensity.
