【摘要】："工程精英"是活躍在工程領(lǐng)域,對工程發(fā)展具有引領(lǐng)作用和重要影響的杰出工程人才,其具有六大特質(zhì):工程倫理道德、健全體魄人格、系統(tǒng)工程知識、強烈創(chuàng)新意識、強大實踐能力、國際競爭能力。"十二五"以來,南京理工大學(xué)以"工程精英"人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),在依托專業(yè)學(xué)院、基于"通專融合"理念培養(yǎng)通用型工程師的基礎(chǔ)上,積極拓展院際、校企、政學(xué)、國際多元合作,新建教育實驗學(xué)院、"卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計劃"體系、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院和中法工程師學(xué)院,分別以"本研貫通""學(xué)用合一""理工文交融"和"中外會通"為理念,著力培養(yǎng)工程科學(xué)家、應(yīng)用型工程師、復(fù)合型工程師和國際工程師,豐富了人才培養(yǎng)類型,健全了工程人才培養(yǎng)體系,深化了培養(yǎng)模式改革,取得了明顯成效。
[Abstract]:"Engineering elite" is an outstanding engineering talent who is active in the field of engineering and has a leading role and an important influence on engineering development. It has six characteristics: engineering ethics, sound physique personality, and system engineering knowledge. Strong sense of innovation, strong practical ability, international competitiveness. "the 12th Five-Year Plan", Nanjing University of Science and Technology to "engineering elite" talent training goal as the leader, relying on the professional college. Based on the concept of "integration of general purpose", we should actively expand the system of inter-college, school-enterprise, politics, international multi-cooperation, new educational experiment institute and "outstanding engineer education and training plan" system. The institute of intellectual property and the institute of Chinese and French engineers, with the concepts of "the combination of study and application," "integration of science, technology and literature" and "Chinese and foreign understanding", are devoted to the training of engineering scientists and applied engineers. Compound engineers and international engineers have enriched the types of talent training, improved the system of engineering talents training, deepened the reform of training mode, and achieved remarkable results.
