【摘要】：文章全面梳理了深港科技創(chuàng)新合作歷史與現(xiàn)狀、合作所遇到的主要問題和障礙,指出目前普遍存在的認(rèn)識、操作和制度三個層面問題。需要統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識,利用兩地稅收和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法律差異,發(fā)揮兩種制度特長,利用兩地地緣優(yōu)勢,選擇海洋開發(fā)、生物醫(yī)藥、航空航天、文化創(chuàng)意等合作領(lǐng)域打開局面,做好合作各項基礎(chǔ)工作。
[Abstract]:The article comprehensively combs the history and the present situation of the scientific and technological innovation cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the main problems and obstacles encountered in the cooperation, and points out that there are three levels of problems, namely the cognition, the operation and the system, which need a unified understanding. We should make use of the differences in taxation and intellectual property laws between the two places, give play to the special strengths of the two systems, and take advantage of the geographical advantages of the two places to open up a situation in the fields of cooperation in marine development, biomedicine, aerospace, culture and creativity. Do well the basic work of cooperation.
