大型梁柱復(fù)合式龍門電火花機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:機(jī)床是制造業(yè)的“工作母機(jī)”,代表著一個(gè)國(guó)家制造業(yè)水平,從某種意義上講,可以折射出一個(gè)國(guó)家的工業(yè)發(fā)展水平。高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的航空航天、模具制造、科學(xué)研究、精密機(jī)械、高精醫(yī)療設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域,都具有不可替代的作用。近年來,隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和國(guó)防建設(shè)步伐加快,社會(huì)對(duì)高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床的需求日益提高。高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床受制于國(guó)外的格局仍會(huì)制約我國(guó)制造業(yè)整體水平提升,影響我國(guó)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,因此開發(fā)研制具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的大型電火花數(shù)控機(jī)床有著重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 研制大型電火花機(jī)床應(yīng)首先解決機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)問題,這是機(jī)床性能、精度和可靠性的基礎(chǔ)與保證。本文摒棄常規(guī)電火花機(jī)床單懸臂牛頭橫梁結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計(jì)龍門橫梁結(jié)構(gòu),保證機(jī)床整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)布局合理,橫梁部件結(jié)構(gòu)剛性大幅提高,驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)性能得以改善。工作液槽是電火花機(jī)床重要的輔助裝置,本文還從機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方面設(shè)計(jì)了一種適合大型龍門結(jié)構(gòu)火花機(jī)的工作液槽。圍繞本課題的核心問題,本文對(duì)大型電火花機(jī)床進(jìn)行了有針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)研究,主要完成如下工作: (1)從電火花成形加工對(duì)火花機(jī)的要求入手,設(shè)計(jì)一款適用于大型加工工件的電火花加工機(jī)床,根據(jù)技術(shù)需求對(duì)機(jī)床的整體布局方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與研究,包括機(jī)床的床身結(jié)構(gòu),龍門架結(jié)構(gòu),主軸結(jié)構(gòu)等。為了提高機(jī)床的加工效率選擇了雙龍門的布局形式,為了提高加工精度采用了橫梁簡(jiǎn)支受力結(jié)構(gòu)?傮w來說,這是一款采用梁柱復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的雙龍門大型電火花成形機(jī)床,并已申報(bào)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利。 (2)工作液槽是電火花機(jī)床重要的輔助裝置,是工作液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。通過對(duì)電火花機(jī)床工作液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的介紹和研究,本文特別針對(duì)對(duì)本大型電火花成形機(jī)的工作需求,重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大型電火花機(jī)工作液槽的折疊門結(jié)構(gòu)研究門的啟動(dòng)關(guān)閉、密封和自鎖等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并為此申報(bào)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利。 (3)對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的電火花成形機(jī)床的主要運(yùn)動(dòng)部件,如橫梁、動(dòng)立柱、主軸進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)分析。從大型結(jié)構(gòu)件比剛度概念出發(fā),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)懸臂牛頭結(jié)構(gòu)和本文龍門結(jié)構(gòu)兩種大型電火花機(jī)床相關(guān)技術(shù)部件進(jìn)行分析比較,驗(yàn)證了龍門結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)越性。 (4)通過對(duì)直線電機(jī)和旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的比較分析,本文對(duì)大型電火花機(jī)床的X、Y、Z三軸的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行了選型研究,對(duì)其驅(qū)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)其中的X軸長(zhǎng)跨距滾珠絲杠的振動(dòng)問題進(jìn)行了極限分析,提出了減振提速的可行性技術(shù)方案。
[Abstract]:Machine tool is the "working mother machine" of manufacturing industry, which represents the manufacturing level of a country. In a sense, it can reflect the level of industrial development of a country. Mold manufacturing, scientific research, precision machinery, high-precision medical equipment and other fields, have played an irreplaceable role. In recent years, with the pace of national economic construction and national defense construction accelerated. The demand for high-grade CNC machine tools is increasing day by day. The pattern of high-grade CNC machine tools restricted by foreign countries will still restrict the overall level of our manufacturing industry and affect the development and progress of our modern industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop and develop large EDM CNC machine tools with independent intellectual property rights. It is necessary to solve the problem of mechanical structure design in the development of large EDM, which is the basis and guarantee of machine performance, precision and reliability. In this paper, the single-arm oxhead beam structure of conventional EDM is abandoned. Innovative design of the gantry beam structure to ensure that the machine tool structure layout is reasonable, the structural rigidity of the beam parts greatly improved. The driving performance of the drive system is improved. The working tank is an important auxiliary device of EDM. This paper also designs a kind of working liquid tank suitable for large gantry structure spark machine from the aspect of mechanical structure. Around the core problem of this subject, this paper has carried on the targeted design research to the large-scale electric spark machine tool. The main tasks are as follows: 1) starting with the requirement of EDM to spark machine, a EDM machine tool suitable for large workpiece machining is designed. According to the technical requirements, the overall layout scheme of EDM machine is designed and studied. Including machine bed structure, gantry frame structure, spindle structure and so on. In order to improve the machining efficiency of the machine tool, the double gantry layout form is selected, in order to improve the machining accuracy, the simply supported force structure of the crossbeam is adopted. This is a double-gantry EDM machine with Liang Zhu compound structure, and has been declared national invention patent. Working tank is an important auxiliary device of EDM and an important part of working fluid circulatory system. This paper introduces and studies the working fluid circulating system of EDM. According to the working demand of the large EDM machine, this paper focuses on the design of the folding door structure of the working tank of the large EDM machine. The key technologies such as the starting and closing, sealing and self-locking of the door are mainly designed in this paper. And to this application for national invention patents. In this paper, the main moving parts of the EDM machine tool, such as beam, column and spindle, are designed and analyzed in detail, starting from the concept of specific stiffness of large structural parts. The advantages of the traditional cantilever ox-head structure and the gantry structure of this paper are analyzed and compared, and the advantages of the gantry structure are verified. Through the comparative analysis of linear motor and rotary motor drive, this paper studies the type selection of the driving mode of the large EDM XFY Z three-axis, and designs the driving structure of the drive structure in detail. 4) by comparing and analyzing the driving mode of the linear motor and the rotating motor, the driving mode of the large EDM is studied in this paper. The limit analysis of the vibration of the X-axis long span ball screw is carried out, and the feasible technical scheme of reducing vibration and increasing speed is put forward.
