木材加工數(shù)控系統(tǒng)智能控制子系統(tǒng)研究開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,全球制造業(yè)水平不斷提高,數(shù)控技術(shù)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),木材加工領(lǐng)域也不例外。目前,我國已是木材制品生產(chǎn)大國,但還不是強國,關(guān)鍵在于缺少擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的、先進的木材加工數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。因此,作為數(shù)控木工設(shè)備的核心,數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)尤為重要。 本課題介紹了國內(nèi)外數(shù)控木材加工設(shè)備的發(fā)展概況,分析了木材異型制品及其加工設(shè)備的種類,根據(jù)木材異型制品加工設(shè)備的運動特點和功能要求,開發(fā)出面向木材異型制品的經(jīng)濟型以及開放式的一款數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。為了保證系統(tǒng)以后能夠方便的進行升級與調(diào)試,系統(tǒng)采用模塊化設(shè)計,利用軟件來實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)各個模塊的功能,著重研究了系統(tǒng)的模擬仿真、故障診斷、軟PLC控制等智能控制模塊。 系統(tǒng)以Windows操作系統(tǒng)為平臺,根據(jù)木材加工的需要,從硬軟件兩方面對系統(tǒng)的整體框架進行了構(gòu)造,硬件采用工控機IPC+I/O卡的結(jié)構(gòu),選用步進電機作為驅(qū)動裝置。在分析數(shù)控系統(tǒng)工作流程的基礎(chǔ)上,充分考慮木材異型制品的工藝特點,利用模擬仿真原理知識,以VC++作為開發(fā)工具,運用MFC類庫和多線程技術(shù),實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的模擬仿真。綜合分析了造成系統(tǒng)設(shè)備故障的潛在因素,利用信息融合技術(shù),對各種故障信號進行診斷,并與系統(tǒng)預(yù)先建立的故障信息庫進行比對,根據(jù)不同級別的故障信號做出相應(yīng)處理,確保系統(tǒng)設(shè)備安全穩(wěn)定運行。此外,分析了軟、硬PLC的特點,對系統(tǒng)的輔助控制功能模塊進行了設(shè)計,結(jié)合木材制品加工設(shè)備工作環(huán)境的特點,以經(jīng)濟實用為原則,利用全軟件化的方法,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的輔助控制功能,從而保證了系統(tǒng)運行的穩(wěn)定性。 本系統(tǒng)作為一款相對完善的數(shù)控加工系統(tǒng)平臺,它主要是根據(jù)各種不同的需求進行擴展和構(gòu)建,并通過模塊化的方式進行設(shè)計,讓系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性更加強,可以滿足多種不同需求的木材異型制品的數(shù)控加工要求,具有較高的性價比,能夠滿足當(dāng)前木材異型制品加工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需要,將會促進我國木材加工行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of numerical control technology, the level of global manufacturing industry continues to improve, numerical control technology has been widely used in a variety of industries, wood processing is no exception. At present, China has become a large country in the production of wood products. But not a powerful country, the key lies in the lack of advanced wood processing numerical control system with independent intellectual property rights. Therefore, as the core of numerical control woodworking equipment, the development of numerical control system is particularly important. This paper introduces the development of CNC wood processing equipment at home and abroad, analyzes the types of wood products and their processing equipment, according to the movement characteristics and functional requirements of wood shaped products processing equipment. In order to ensure that the system can be upgraded and debugged conveniently, the system adopts modular design. The software is used to realize the functions of each module of the system, and the intelligent control modules such as simulation, fault diagnosis, soft PLC control and so on are studied. Based on Windows operating system, according to the need of wood processing, the whole frame of the system is constructed from two aspects of hardware and software. The hardware adopts the structure of IPC I / O card of industrial control computer. The stepper motor is chosen as the driving device. On the basis of analyzing the working flow of the numerical control system, the technological characteristics of the wood shaped products are fully considered, and the simulation principle knowledge is used, and VC is used as the development tool. The simulation and simulation of the system are realized by using MFC class library and multi-thread technology. The potential factors causing the fault of the system equipment are analyzed synthetically, and the information fusion technology is used to diagnose the various fault signals. And compared with the system pre-established fault information base, according to different levels of fault signals to make corresponding processing to ensure the system equipment safe and stable operation. In addition, the characteristics of soft and hard PLC are analyzed. The auxiliary control function module of the system is designed. According to the characteristics of the working environment of the wood products processing equipment and the principle of economy and practicality, the auxiliary control function of the system is realized by the method of full software. Thus, the stability of the system is guaranteed. This system as a relatively perfect CNC machining system platform, it is mainly based on different needs for expansion and construction, and through modular design, so that the system's adaptability is enhanced. It can meet the numerical control processing requirements of various kinds of wood products with different requirements, and has a high performance and price ratio, and can meet the production needs of the current wood products processing enterprises. It will promote the development of wood processing industry in China.
