【摘要】:JL泡騰片為ZS公司生產(chǎn)的獨(dú)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的創(chuàng)新中藥,攻克了中藥泡騰片生產(chǎn)過程的工藝難關(guān),實(shí)現(xiàn)了中藥劑型技術(shù)的重大突破,為獨(dú)家中藥泡騰片劑型并獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利。 該品種是權(quán)威機(jī)關(guān)研發(fā)的國(guó)家級(jí)新藥,享有行政、專利保護(hù)。同品種生產(chǎn)企業(yè)只有兩家,直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)相對(duì)較少。JL泡騰片是國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)家劑型,是中藥現(xiàn)代化的典范,泡騰片劑型有效成分更穩(wěn)定,溶解度和生物利用度高,治療效果更好,起效更快,JL顆粒經(jīng)過多年臨床學(xué)術(shù)宣傳,對(duì)醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生已有一些影響力。處方經(jīng)多年臨床驗(yàn)證,療效確切,特別是退熱效果更是迅速明確。泡騰片口感好,服用方便,相對(duì)顆粒及其它劑型更易讓兒童接受。本品為中藥制劑,相對(duì)其它主要用于退熱的西藥制劑毒副作用少,更適用于兒童這個(gè)器官系統(tǒng)發(fā)育尚不成熟的特殊群體。 根據(jù)相關(guān)管理理論,并結(jié)合自己多年的在ZS公司的藥品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),以ZS公司JL泡騰片為主線,運(yùn)用營(yíng)銷理論,詳細(xì)剖析了在中國(guó)醫(yī)藥改革大的行業(yè)背景下清熱解毒類感冒藥市場(chǎng)的運(yùn)作思路和營(yíng)銷理念。 本文首先概述了我國(guó)中藥行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并闡述了市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷及發(fā)展歷程,接著對(duì)我國(guó)清熱解毒類藥品市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析和闡述;其次,再對(duì)ZS公司的JL泡騰片進(jìn)行詳盡介紹的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行SWOT分析;再次,對(duì)JL泡騰片進(jìn)行了詳盡的市場(chǎng)分析和市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)并運(yùn)用4P理論制定了適合ZS公司的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷方案并進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)的分析,即產(chǎn)品定位、價(jià)格定位、渠道定位和促銷定位四個(gè)方面;從而保障醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在清熱解毒類藥品銷售過程中的實(shí)際效果。 本文研究結(jié)果對(duì)系統(tǒng)的梳理清熱解毒類感冒藥市場(chǎng)銷售策略等方面有很好的借鑒意義,可以為相關(guān)企業(yè)帶來了很好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:As an innovative Chinese medicine for the exclusive intellectual property rights produced by ZS Company , the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine effervescent tablet is difficult to handle , and the important breakthrough of the traditional Chinese medicine dosage form technology is realized , and the invention is an exclusive traditional Chinese medicine effervescent tablet dosage form and obtains the national invention patent . This product is a national new drug developed by the authoritative organization , enjoys administrative and patent protection . The same kind of production enterprise has only two direct competition , the direct competition is relatively few . According to the relevant management theory , combining with the marketing experience in ZS company for many years , taking ZS company as the main line , using marketing theory , this paper analyzes the operation idea and marketing idea of heat - clearing and toxic materials - like medicine market in the background of Chinese medicine reform . Firstly , this paper summarizes the development of Chinese medicine industry in China , and expounds the course of marketing and development , then analyzes and expounds the medicine market of clearing away heat and toxic materials in our country . Secondly , it makes detailed market analysis and market forecast for the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine industry . Secondly , it makes detailed market analysis and market forecast for the company , and makes an in - depth system analysis , namely product positioning , price positioning , channel positioning and promotion and positioning , so as to guarantee the practical effect of pharmaceutical production enterprises in the process of clearing away heat and toxic materials . The results of this paper have a good reference for the analysis of the market sales strategy of the heat - clearing and detoxicating medicine market , which can bring great economic benefit and social benefit for the relevant enterprises .
