【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)“入世”后的經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型以及企業(yè)面臨的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng),知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的環(huán)境下越來越被重視,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度在在激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步中,已成為國(guó)家和地區(qū)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性資源和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的核心要素。知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)是伴生知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)事業(yè)發(fā)展而形成的一門新興高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容。知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)人才作為知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)的主體力量,人才的分類定義與研究可以有效推動(dòng)各級(jí)各類人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。但目前我國(guó)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)人才在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,特別是知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展與要求方面還有很大差距,人才的整體素質(zhì)還不高,隊(duì)伍整體規(guī)模還比較弱小,特別是在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的形勢(shì)下,加快培養(yǎng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)人才,培育高層次知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)人才,已成為今后人才建設(shè)一項(xiàng)十分緊迫的任務(wù)。本文在分析了我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)范圍、人才分類、人才隊(duì)伍基本情況后,根據(jù)人才成長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn)和原因,分析了今后人才培育的方向和意義,并對(duì)于今后知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向做出了具有針對(duì)性的預(yù)測(cè)和規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and trade, industrial transformation and international competition after China's entry into WTO, intellectual property rights are paid more and more attention in the environment of economic globalization, and the intellectual property system is encouraging innovation. Promoting economic development and social progress. Intellectual property service industry is a new high-tech industry formed by the development of accompanying intellectual property rights. It is also an important content of modern service industry. Intellectual property service personnel as the main force of intellectual property services. The classification definition and research of talents can effectively promote the construction of all kinds of talents at all levels. However, at present, the intellectual property rights service personnel of our country are developing in the national economy and society. In particular, there is still a big gap between the development and requirements of the intellectual property service industry, the overall quality of talent is not high, the overall size of the team is still relatively weak, especially in the situation of increasingly fierce competition in intellectual property. It has become a very urgent task to train intellectual property service personnel and cultivate high-level intellectual property service talents in the future. This paper analyzes the scope and classification of intellectual property service in China. After the basic situation of talent team, according to the characteristics and reasons of talent growth, this paper analyzes the direction and significance of talent cultivation in the future. And the future development direction of intellectual property service industry has made the pertinence forecast and the plan.
