【摘要】：應(yīng)對我國的人口老齡化問題和社會養(yǎng)老保險金支付壓力的增大,實施延遲退休年齡制度是目前解決這些問題的有效手段。從女性勞動者的視角,分析了延遲女性退休年齡的合理性,從男女在身體因素、工作因素、社會因素等方面的不同來分析考量,認為應(yīng)該實行男女差齡退休制度。最后,對延遲女性退休年齡進行立法設(shè)計,主張取消身份差別,實行女工人和女干部同齡退休,漸進式的延長女性退休年齡至60歲,實行以繳費年限為基準的男女差齡退休制度,并提出一些改革配套措施,如:制定高齡者就業(yè)保護、促進法,建立退休信息查詢制度。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the problem of aging population and the increasing pressure of social pension insurance payment in China, the implementation of delayed retirement age system is an effective means to solve these problems. From the perspective of female workers, this paper analyzes the rationality of delaying the retirement age of women, analyzes and considers the differences between men and women in physical factors, work factors, social factors and so on, and holds that the retirement system between men and women should be implemented. Finally, legislation is designed to delay the retirement age of women, advocating the elimination of identity differences, the implementation of retirement of female workers and cadres of the same age, and the gradual extension of the retirement age of women to 60 years of age. The retirement system of men and women with different ages based on the number of years of contribution is implemented, and some supporting measures are put forward, such as the formulation of employment protection for the elderly, the promotion law and the establishment of the retirement information inquiry system.
